Cathy Criss's Online Review Report Card

In my first visit I can see this doctor more than one hour after my scheduled app. I was looking for a Good family doctor for take care of me and my daugther as well, but my experience was really bad with her and the office in general. The consultation per se was really short all the cuestion that I asked to the nurse I dont receive the answers. the consultation was overpriced the reasons no convinced me because I dont recive any of the solutions that I was looking for... I call them many times looking for solucions and the Millenium P. Group no solve my complain and they was rude and disrespectful.. I wasted my time and money . Im done with her and out with MPG

She misdiagnosed me then fired me as a patient.

Good doctor but has way too many patients. Shocked to see she is taking new patients. The one hour wait is unacceptable.

she was a last minute change , was not our regular Dr. Waited a long time in the room for visit! when she entered the room stood by the door like we had the plague, she did not want to check out my husbands hands. proceeded to GUESS what was wrong with him, from a distance. Without knowing what he was already taking for medications she prescribed something that would harm him if he took it, our pharmacist caught it! thank God! she was rude, non caring, and when she was called out on her mistakes she then banned my husband and I from the practice. so we were unable to see our regular Dr. from that same practice. we did not have a chance to defend ourselves against her. The whole visit was wrong and my husband and I did not deserve to be treated the way she treated us. VERY Unprofessional!! MPG was the practice.

Every time I see her it’s over 1 1/2 hours to see her after my scheduled appointment. She may be good according to the reviews, but part of being good is respecting others people’s time. I have Never had a doctor in my life who has made me wait this long to see her. The excuse always given is that there may have been an emergency, ok maybe, but every time I go to see her? I am done with her!

Dr. Criss has been so helpful the past few years I’ve been seeing her. She is great at her job in that she genuinely cares to help whatever health issue you are facing.I couldn’t figure out why I was lethargic, depressed, and a bit overweight. She diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and prescribed the perfect dose of medication which has helped tremendously along with diet and exercise.She is friendly and makes me feel comfortable when I see her. It’s also nice to chat with her about other things going on in my life.Her staff is friendly as well and I appreciate how fast they are with communication via email through the patient portal.Not sure why there are negative reviews here on Google, but I surely recommend her and will continue to have her as my primary care doctor.

Cathy has had a positive impact on my life as my doctor. I've had my fair share of sketchy experiences with medical professionals in the past and that has not been the case with Cathy which is refreshing. As cliche' as it may sound I really think she cares about her patients and because of that is able to help them. Her office is busy and she has a lot of patients so you may have to wait to see her. She is well worth the wait in my opinion and plan to continue seeing her and recommending her to others.
