Dr. Williams has been our son's pediatrician since moving to Port Charlotte a year and a half ago. Luckily we've only had to go in for checkups since then but not only was she great during those visits, the office team has always been so helpful - whether it's taking calls to schedule or for questions or when we need copies and forms for school and sports (Thanks Tiff!!) Highly recommend them all.

Dr Williams has been our son's pediatrician since we moved here 14 years ago. We could not have asked for a better doctor and now that he is turning 18 we are sad to have to find someone else. We wish all the best to Dr. Williams and all of her staff!! Thank you for everything!!

I have been entrusting Dr. William's and her A.R.N.P. Kathy Ludeman to care for my children these past 5 years. I have always felt confident they practiced with my children's best interest in mind. I had my scariest moment as a mother last night.. with thoughts of going to the E.R... I desperately needed to talk to Dr.Williams. At almost 2am, Dr.Williams showed concern and was thorough with all her questions.. her expertise, and reassurance was priceless for my family and I.

Took my son there to have his ears checked, explained how he has a long history of ear infections. She took half a second to look, said oh he’s fine! 30 hours later we were in the ER because he was screaming in pain. Yep sure enough horrible ear infection. The meds the ER gave were too rough on his stomach, called susan Williams and asked her to put him on something easier on his stomach, she refused! Said she needed to see him to verify he had a infection!! This place is horrible! My children will never return! They deserve better care than this place

My daughter seen this doctor almost a year ago I took my daughter in because she was having lots of issues and she said she was fine she said she needed a physiatrist!! I know my daughter she was a very active kid!! Loved outside, was very happy!! I ask her to run certain test and she refused!! She doesn't listen to parents!! Come to fine out after going to a heart doctor she had a whole in her heart had heart surgery in may 2018 .. she was still having lots of problems we moved to Illinois and I took my daughter to a nero doctor they did MRI it was good then 2 EEGs come to find out she has epilepsy do to infections!! Also was diagnosed with POTS AND hyper mobility disorder.. I would run as fast as u can from this place..

Susan William's is amazing. My daughter was just diagnosed with SVT and is had a check up with Susan after getting out of the hospital. She explained everything to my 11 year old. She listens to the parents and the patients. I've had a lot of experience with doctors and I'm so glad we found Dr William's when we moved here. What an amazing doctor !!!
