This place has the worst Staff, And needs some hospitality training, they become combative, and Disrespectful, if even asked a question before signing in, then demanded to sit down!! Has a Horrible Manager, and Supervisor. Who has no respect for the customers NEEDS!!! They need to hire some Different ethnicities who can identify with the needs of other ethnic Groups,. It's like a to much makeup and Fake nail wearing clique, My Wife and I NEVER FEEL Welcome when we go here. And We won't be going back. My Wife has Spent her last Dime here. Really Really Rude Staff!!! My family and I have been coming here for 8 years, every time we walk through the doors theirs Tension. No one is smiling, staff is in a bad mood and rude every time!!! How do you allow another potentially racist patient to intervene in another patiences Transaction with this Facility ? And say that as if that's a justified action from A Karen? Where's the leadership from the Supervisor to prevent harassment between patients?? Just last week you accuse my son of stealing contacts continuously telling him to return them, when you had them behind the counter, no apology no my bad. Just an open display of lack of Concern for my child and Wife and We still Spent $800 on a Some Raggedy Glasses that were defective a week after purchase. Your Right Any other Eye Glasses Facility is Better than this. Somewhere theirs A Diverse Staffing! Have a great weekend we Certainly will!!
