Dr. Tobis... what can I say. Put simply, he doesn't seem to know what to do or how to check if you have a problem. He will ask you to self assess and wait for your response and recommended course of action. He is not very skilled at investigating and finding what is wrong. Also, you can't tell if he is joking or serious at times. Which is it. Very uncomfortable. Find another doctor. He should not be doing this.

Dr. Tobis is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. He is cold and asks you to diagnose yourself and asks what kind of medicine you want.
