Robert Ferreira's Online Review Report Card

My wife and I were former patients until he fired us in the mist of the covid pandemic. He had been our primary physician for 10 years and he was pleasant and easy to deal with. So, we were never given a reason for being let go, but as Medicare patients maybe their reimbursement didn't cover what they were looking to make per patient. We were also not big on vaccines that this office always seemed to push which is always another reason for being let go. Looking on their site today I see they still take Medicare.

He has always been a great doctor. We have had him as our primary for 15 years and He just left the office he was at. Anybody have any idea where he went? We want to keep him.

UPDATE 2019: I gotten a new job with a big company and got a new insurance and wanted to see him and guess what, they don't take my insurance...sad after I've been seeing him since 2004.He ABANDONED ME. I was going to pay out of pocket and still threw me away. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE. Also I agree that the staff changed, the demonor has changed. Not good guys. POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION!

Came to obtain my mmj card. Staff was lost switched my passwords and emails around for my account with out asking then instead of processing a change to update my card they processed a address change that wasn’t needed. I know have to wait 18 days to get my card dealing with anxiety. Thanks for the inconvenience and lying about what happen.

I have been seeing Dr. Ferreira for over twenty years. I have always found him to be caring, listens to the patient and I never feel rushed. If he is not completely sure of a diagnosis he will immediately refer you to a specialist and so far I have been completely happy with the specialist providers he chooses. In those twenty years I have never had an issue getting an appointment, especially if I was sick. He may not be available same day but they will get you in same day with PA Colleen who is excellent as well. His front desk staff and medical assistants are top notch and I have never waited more than five minutes in his waiting room. his office is extremely clean and its evident that the staff keep it that way. Every year I check to make sure he still takes my insurance and would switch insurances to be able to go to his practice. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ferriera has been my only consistent person in my life who has never let me down. I’ve been going to him for over 20 yrs or so.

I have been a patient for almost 25 years and can attest to the fact that the staff has become absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to miss Dr. Ferreira and especially Colleen. But will not miss dealing with the officer staff, including Ashley and the office manager. I'm glad their now big enough to not care anymore.

Mr.Ferreria was by far the coolest doctor i feel as tho i could have. He was very knowledgeable and Thorough, and ensures that you wont have any questions before you leave. I really did learn alot.

Unfortunately left Dr. Robert Ferreira (a good doctor) because of the office staff. You may notice quite a few more specific postings that are consistent. Office staff is very important in your relationship and choice in medical providers. Fortunately, because of our new search we found a great doctor with an excellent staff. One I would not have searched for with proper treatment from Dr. Robert Ferreira's staff manager.

Office staff is important partner in your relationship with medical care provider. Unfortunately Dr. Ferreira is losing patients due to the ethics and of office manager. Fortunately, found a great doctor that I would not have otherwise.
