Never even saw the doctor wouldn't want to be seen at an office where the front desk who takes appointments is rude, unknowledged about insurance and unable to answer basic questions. Maybe restart and you might succeed further!

the receptionist he has need a lesson in how to treat people. She is rude and hateful and treats everyone like they are under educated like her. She thinks being married to a doctor makes her smart. I will not go back to him because I cannot put up with her.

My wife and I have been going to Dr Verma for over a year now. We both like him very much. He actually listens to you and answers all your questions. These days when it is normal to wait 45 minutes and get only 30 seconds with a doctor, it is refreshing to find a doctor like Dr Verma.
