Adrian Zamora's Online Review Report Card

Dr Zamora is a very helpful kind smart and informative doctor. He really takes the time to explain everything you could need to know about the problem and the medication. He is very well suited for his profession. I appreciate his “bed side manner”. Some drs are distant and seem like they are rushing you out. I never feel that way. He always has a smile too. That means the world to me. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Adrián Zamora is the best. Pays close attention to your needs and explains well the situation and finds many options to help you in your best of health.

Front desk is horrible…… RUDE receptionists! The last time I was there the attitude and disrespect I received from the front desk was insane. Also they don’t turn their phones on in the morning. You would think when your job is to make appointments for sick children that you would take it a little bit more serious and turn your phones on when you’re getting paid to TAKE CALLS. I started dialing in at 7:30 when they open. I got the call back during business hours till 8… and then just gave up and will be going else where. I’ve been with this practice for eight years but since Dr. Brian left it’s never been the same. Get a better front desk staff the last thing a mother of a sick baby wants to deal with is unprofessional staff.

Extremely upset that a dr of 3 years won’t call in non narcotic, non steroid medication. It’s a one and done I’ve had in the past- but insist I have to come in so they can get the money. Clearly money is more important than the care or comfort of a patient. Absolutely disgusted. Finding a new one now.

My parents, my 4 children and I all started seeing Dr Zamora after moving here a year ago. We have always been pleased with his service and he is great with the children.

If I could give less I would. After prescribing over the phone a new formula for my 1 month old physician would not provide me with a prescription for me to be able to purchase the milk through WIC. Even after explaining I had no money to purchase it. His RN Brianna very rude and nasty with the patients. She seemed to always have an attitude. I never received any call back in regards to my daughter's care. They are definitely not taking appropriate precautions with Covid-19 either. Please do not take your babies to these careless people. All they care about is in having a visit to charge the insurance, not the patients. A perfect example of what's wrong with this world. Heartless people that should not be working with other human beings. It takes ethics and compassion to work with others and they definitely lack this.
