List of Advanced Medical Urgent Care Center's Reviews
I am a medical professional myself. There is nothing “urgent” about this place. They move like molasses. Steven the NP and Aram the nurse were very nice. But this group needs a lesson in what “urgent” care is.
This practice is the best urgent care we have ever experienced. Super friendly staff, efficient, and Dr. Leach spent alot of time with us...very impressed!!! This will be our new go-to place!!
We always go here first Sorry Europeans. No Universal healthcare
Dr. Leech has been my primary for over 10 years and it has always been a great experience. Very thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Pretty easy to get appointments within a few days and you also have the option to walk-in for urgent care. Highly recommend
Dr Steve once again proves to be a arrogant a$$. I recently visited as a walk In patient with a sinus infection and he refused to see me unless I spent 80 dollars for a flu test and another 150 dollars for a Covid test AFTER paying 220 dollars to just be seen. Thank goodness Dr Leach arrived shortly and took good care of me and got me fixed up. I highly recommend you ask WHO is the dr when you get there or make a appointment. Dr Steve has horrible bedside manner. Unfortunately this is one of multiple times he has treated me poorly. It will be the last! Dr Cindy Brown is a wonderful Dr there too. Steve needs to go. Even the staff doesn't like him as that was expressed multiple times!!
Dr. Steven Mitnick is an absolute joke. I went In because I've been having a hard time with my breathing due to asthma and literally wheezing loud. He then proceeds to tell me nothing is wrong with me and that I'm dramatic and doesn't believe that there was ever any issue with my breathing. Horrible bedside manner and overall rude man. I've never been so baffled by a doctor In my life. He asked me if I was on any steroids to help alleviate asthma symptoms on the daily and I responded "no," to which he replied he wasn't going to prescribe me any anyways...so then why would you ask? Genuinely makes no sense. Clearly an unhappy man who sucks at his job.
Dr Leach was terrible!!!! I had ecoli and almost died because of this horrible doctor!! He was absolutely rude and showed NO COMPASSION. BEWARE!
100% professional thank you for all your help
As you know it is hard to get an office visit in Naples, although Advanced Medical will always get you in to see the doctor, PA, Or NP. I have seen PA Paul three times. He really takes his time to listen to my concerns and always offers a spot on treatment.
I have been going to Advance Medical for 3 years now and it is the best run medical office I have ever been to. One stop shopping. They do your bloodwork on the spot, EKG, chest x-rays, etc. all in the same office. I usually get the results of my blood work within 24-48 hours. They run on time and are courteous and respectful. They are open 7 days/week. The first time I went, they called me at 8 PM on a Friday night with my bloodwork results. Same day as I'd been there! What doctor's office ever does that? They are amazing!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
