Great pediatrics UC!
We came in for a school physical, and the wait time was over an hour and a half! Is this even normal? On top of that, the restroom wasn’t working. How is this place even running like this? Absolutely unacceptable!
My kid said to give the doctor a 5* rating but i think the doctor bribed him with toys, he's making up sicknesses to come back. Overall a great experience.
It is always a pleasure coming here. The staff is always so kind! It makes the experience amazing and an easy choice should we need to come back, which we are returning patients.
Where do I start! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always take care of our child. The facilities are clean & welcoming. We never felt rushed and the physicians are there to answer our questions. We need a million more of these type facilities and people in healthcare. if you need after hours care for your babies this place is wonderful.
Went here with our six month old who was vomiting due to drainage. Pretty useless visit because they don’t have anything to treat infants with. They are basically just a testing center for cold, flu, and strep. The nurse, I believe her name was Megan, was fantastic, but the doctor was pretty useless.
Super frustrated with our experience. We called to make sure they were in network with our insurance. We were told yes after giving our information. Upon arrival we made sure to double check again and they took our cards and checked for us in which they said it would be all covered. 8 months later we received our bill and our insurance said the provider is out of network. We asked for the self pay rate that we were offered a few times now and they said that needed to be done at the time of the visit. So far billing and managers have been very rude and keep passing the buck with this mess stating the clinic will give the discounted rate or the billing will give the discounted rate. Saying we needed to make sure before coming that they were in network. The self pay rate is less than the insured bill.
I never do reviews but this is my daughter’s health and other babies! We took my baby in for cough / flu like symptoms and spoke with Dr. Linzer for 10min max if even and he right away prescribed my baby with ear infection medication, my mom instinct refused to accept it we then later took her to the ER for heavy breathing , congested and turned out she did NOT have an ear infection and was positive for RSV.
LOVE this place. Brought my son twice here and every time it has been amazing. Everyone is super efficient, pleasant and friendly. Dr. Leizer is great and In my opinion how every pediatric doctor should be. He is so much fun He had both my son and I laughing while checking him. Recommend this location and staff 1000%. Plus hours are so convenient.
Wonder staff there who were patient, cared, and knowledgeable. Alexis and NP Jill were absolutely awesome.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
