Dr Bernstein is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. Wait times are minimal but he still is able to spend time explaining, listening and making sure you understand your health.

Dr Bernstein is very caring a attentive. He reviews charts before your appointment so he know exactly who you are and what's been going on. He is kind, considerate and very respectful. I'm so glad I found him. NCH should be extremely grateful to have him on their staff. Most NCH doctors aren't as caring and try to move you along like cattle.

I have seen many internists and Dr. Bernstein is the best doctor ever. He is thorough, highly intelligent, listens to my concerns, and fosters a sense of trust at every visit. He is available if I need to see him, no long waits for appointments. I recommend him highly.

After my previous doctor chose to go to a concierge model, a friend recommended Dr Bernstein. I have found him to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He takes the time to listen, and never hurries you out the door. I've been very satisfied with his care.

Dr. Bernstein is professional, well-prepared, knowledgeable, intelligent, and patient-oriented. Without doubt, he is the best physician that I have ever seen. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I was five minutes late because I could not find a parking spot. I signed in and the receptionist told me I was late and had to reschedule. They forget all the times I sat and had to wait For him to call me in. I will find another doctor I didn’t think he was that good anyway and he is also losing my husband and my son and myself. So if it was worth the five minutes then good for him. Besides with him every thing is fun and games.

Being new to the area I took a chance and booked with Dr. Bernstein. Really glad I did. What a wonderful doctor. He was on time, super nice, and most important “ He listens to you”. Give him a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr Bernstein actually cursed at me and told me to go f—- myself as I tried to explain his office stopped my medication. I tried to show him the email from my pharmacy and he became aggressive and combative. He should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Much confidence in this doctor. He follows the rules of being a doctor as well. I refer everyone I know to him.

I would not recommend him to anyone. Last time there he did not even see me and canceled my appt the following day and calls in a medicine with out even listening to my lungs, the medicine that he ordered for is doing nothing.
