Dr Norris, as well as the technical staff, are wonderful! The front reception crew leave a lot to be desired like a sense of welcome and overall helpfulness. The opthamologists also do not inspire competence and warmth.

I am SO GRATEFUL that my previous Opthalmologist referred me to Doctor Norris!! I have had poor eyesight all my life, and with age, l now have Macular Degeneration. Doctor Norris has been what l consider exceptionally thorough. Some of his Technicians have worked with him for years and stated they would not work anywhere else. His front office staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Doctor.

I visited Dr Norris for an emergency with a detached retina on June 27, 2020. While his diagnosis and referral to a retina specialist were fine, his business practices are unscrupulous and dishonest. Dr Norris charged me a co-pay and an emergency fee for a Saturday visit. I paid knowing I had already met my out of pocket for the year and would be refunded. Dr Norris has not submitted an insurance claim for this. When I contacted his office, I was told they had submitted the claim - my insurance company says he had not. I cannot recommend this Doctor to anyone, especially for emergency services when his office staff is not present. This is outright insurance fraud and taking advantage of a patient. It should not be tolerated.

Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins Harmony Campus could improve by being a more personable company that understands each individuals situation is different. This would help to keep their clients. I have decided to not receive further treatment here due to a lack of respect during the recovery of my car accident. I was referred to this location by my doctor and unfortunately had to reschedule two appointments because I was unable to drive due to the severity of my accident. After rescheduling two appointments, I received a fee in the mail. I felt this fee was unnecessary for I had an upcoming scheduled appointment and I explained to them on the phone that I was physically unable to drive and didn't have anyone to take me to the doctors on the day I was scheduled. This is poor customer service and the Eye and Laser Center of Fort Collins is not a company I could recommend.

Right eye surgery total failure, still being seen and treated for failed surgery.

Dr. Norris was extremely rude to me, barely acknowledged me as a human being sitting there in his patient chair , never took 15 seconds out of his busy and oh so important job to look me in the eye to acknowledge my presence, kept his eyes on the computer or the equipment the entire time he was “dealing” with my case, responded very flippantly and condescendingly (and incorrectly I believe) to my questions, blustered in and out in a matter of about 5 minutes leaving me no time to talk. I was trying to ask him a question as he was hurrying out the door, which he didn’t stop to answer. I felt unimportant, disrespected, and stupid in his presence. Life is too short to pay someone to treat you this way. Then I hear he has treated others this way too. A “doctor” is supposed to have a bedside manner that makes a patient feel comfortable and in good hands. He’s not a doctor in my book. Just a self-important technician.

Dr. Norris is an incredibly skilled doctor who cares about his patients and preservation of their vision. I recommend him without hesitation!

Excellent patient care. Very thorough and competent.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Norris for several years for vision and medical (eye) appointments with excellent results. He, and his staff, have been very professional throughout. My eyes seemed to get irritated easily and I thought it was a dry eye problem. Turned out to be a chemical composition problem with my tears and routine cleaning of my eyelids corrected the problem. I have had very good assistance and advice choosing new glasses when they are needed.
