Doctor Herra was very good and addressed all my questions. However, I was more gladly surprised of how superb was the front desk lady who checked me in to the appointment and also helped me to get my referrals and schedule my follow-up appointment. She was excellent. In addition, I was amazed by the politeness and professionalism of the doctor's assistant. Great experience at this doctor's office.

I don't like being ill but when I do get sick it's nice to be seen that day. They always try to get you in to see the doctor asap. Staff on phone and at the office are friendly and caring. Don't like being sick but love to go there when I'm not feeling well.
