Chrissy has been an amazing resource during an extremely challenging time for my family. Her compassion, commitment to her cause, and her knowledge base is nothing short of exemplary. I'm so grateful for her assistance in navigating some truly difficult circumstances. A true angel!

I called into Chrissy by accident- right idea, wrong county- for help with my father’s medical care. She magnanimously provided me with a couple pages of suggestions, phone numbers of contacts to get me to the right people, a general overview of how the medical system in Florida worked, and even tips on services available through the VA. She was tremendously knowledgeable and patient, even though my father was not in her local area. I’d highly recommend her for anyone who is in her area. She brought great comfort to us as we tried to manage things from 1500 miles away.

I am a professional guardian, and have worked with people and agencies when I have a client that requires some form of assisted living. Most of the time they did very little and I was forced to research and visit facilities by myself and try to figure out what would be best. It was very hard and often things did not work out. But this year, I had another crisis with a client that was very difficult to place. I was referred to Christy and could not have been more great grateful to find her. From the beginning she was supporting and went to work on evaluating the type of placement my client needed and could afford.  Within a week she proposed 3 possible facility locations and gave me information about them. She contacted the Director of the one we thought might be the best, and got the ball rolling. She arranged a way to give the Director full disclosure information of the client so they would understand what the client was like and what they could expect of them going forward. This was important, because it avoids surprises for the caregiver that could otherwise jeopardize the placement. Christy was so helpful throughout the whole process and was very supportive of me too, she never left me stranded as many other people have done in the past and she really considered the individual needs of all parties! I highly recommend her and would no hesitate to call on her again and to recommend to others needing help,

I don't often write reviews but had such a positive experience with the service I received, that I'm compelled to post a recommendation.  I had a difficult situation and was struggling to get educated and make decisions about the exact care needed for a family member.  Chrissy and Marcus went above and beyond to provide information, guidance and a level of comfort (without pressure or obligation) from the first time we spoke. They were instrumental in helping us find exactly what we needed and I have an enormous amount of gratitude for everything they did.

I want to highly recommend Chrissy Moser (at Assisted Living Locators of Naples) after getting some wonderful help from her regarding assisted-living options for my Dad in Florida. She answered the phone right away and listened to our needs. After providing her a short list of criteria, Chrissy called a range of facilities and conducted basic research for us. She then emailed us the results so we could compare. We narrowed our focus to two assisted-living residences. Ultimately, we chose a great place in Florida where my Dad is now happy, healthy and doing well. Chrissy was kind, full of knowledge and very responsive. Chrissy and Marcus were exceptional! We made a call on a Sunday and they contacted us on Monday. On Wednesday, Chrissy came out to visit my father who was skeptical of hiring someone to find a place for him to live, but she made my dad feel comfortable right away.She spent a good amount of time interviewing my dad asking questions about his past service in the Army and many of the activities he's accomplished in his life. She then went on to inquire into his hobbies, dislikes/likes, and what he's looking for in a new home. After she left, he nodded his head and we both agreed we had found the right team to help us without prejudice.By the end of the day she came back to us with three places for us to visit and she set up appointments with each of them later that week. The very first place was an immediate fit and I pretty much knew that where we'd end up. It had all the features and options my dad was looking for. However, he wanted to see more and we visited the two others before making our decision. By the following Wednesday, we were signing a contract with the first option. Chrissy was with us every step of the way and joined us on every tour of the facilities. I really can't say anything bad at all about the service they provided us.
