Yearly eye exam and they charged me $70.00 for a hard copy of my eye prescription. I asked why and told me Medicare doesn't pay for the eye refraction test. But if you don't ask for the hard copy of the test they charge you zero. I also have a supplemental coverage. Unfortunate they take advantage of old people.

Requested an appt with Dr. Ginsburg seeking his opinion regarding post op on going symptoms following cataract surgery performed at a different ophthalmologist practice in Naples. His staff were helpful and did rather detailed eye exams at no charge to better understand my issue.Dr Ginsburg explained why my post op symptoms were present..I would definitely recommend Dr Ginsburg and solely wish I had him perform my surgery.

Dr. Ginsberg sat me 1 on 1, answered all my questions thoroughly and talked about specific levels of treatment. I chose the top level because, well they’re my eyes! The operation was conducted on consecutive weeks, cataracts and laser vision correction. All outpatient and professionally done. His staff are all amazing too.

Although I was not already his patient, Dr. Ginsberg saw me the same day that I called in with an emergency. He examined my eyes and confirmed my suspicion. He was kind and thorough and clearly explained my options. He and his staff were extremely efficient in booking a specialist that could see me immediately. He was caring and has a very pleasing personality. His prompt action was the first vital step in saving my eyesight. I highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg. His staff also put my needs at the top of their list. I greatly appreciate their kindness.

I was disappointed going in that I only actually saw the doctor for 5 minutes. Also I did NOT realize it was not told that this practice does Not do contact lens exams! I was referred to another place and had to pay out if pocket for that exam.

Chose Dr Ginsberg for Cataract surgery & Lenz replacement & very happy I did. From first visit to new eyes without glasses, process went very smooth. Extremely friendly staff & well taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend
