Bayshore Memory Care's Online Review Report Card

Our company completed a project for this business 4 months ago and as far as we know the customer was satisfied with the work we completed. It’s now been 3 months and we still have not been paid and have received no explanation whatsoever as to why. Their office keeps telling us to contact corporate and corporate doesn’t respond to our emails or phone calls. When we contact the facility we performed the work at they simply reply that we will have someone look into it. However they will not give me that someone’s contact info. I’ve been doing this for 20 years and have never been taken on a ride like this. Especially from what appeared to be a large well organized outfit. If they can’t remember to pay their vendors I certainly would not trust them with your health. They are very unprofessional.

Having to find a place to leave your loved-one under other people's care is a daunting experience. With Bayshore Memory Care, you can rest assured that your loved-one will be looked after, taken care-of, and feel loved. After experiencing other assisted living, rehab and memory care facilities, Bayshore Memory Care leaves my mind at ease that my loved-one is being taken care of in the same manner they would if I had them at home. I am very pleased with Bayshore Memory Care, and have been for almost 4 years now.

There is nothing worst them a Memory Care facility when you think you would have a place that would take care of your loved ones.What a shame this place is. They don't care. Your Pup and Urine  can sit in your room and bathroom until the next cleaning day.  If you have someone that is completely unable to respond, that's the facility. Otherwise, Don't choose this place. People are so rude. From the front desk to the management. How do they yell at you. The one on the floor they are there to tell you what to do. One person say, you can go out at the court yard and them comes someone else telling you that you have to go back inside.How about medication. They overdose you so you don't bothered no one at night or day. When they take you garment to wash, they bring someone's else back. The management is terrible and the care they give to you is the worst. Food, I better don't talk about. They loose so much weight. Get frail, how about the   exercise, program where are they???Maria B

Wonderful staff very helpful , informative and kind. Couldn't ask for a better place to have my father. Can't thank everyone enough for how everyone has treated us and how helpful everyone has been inviting me in the right direction. Makes it easier to sleep at night knowing your loved one is safe and cared for.God bless y'all. 😍

Moved my mother in recently after her second hospital stay in 6 months. It was a tough decision but, we really had no choice. The team at Bayshore has made the transition fast, smooth, and easy - helping with even the smallest details. We know they care, they keep a positive atmosphere, and the food and facility are top notch. It's comforting to know Mom is safe and being well cared for.We toured many other facilities in Naples, Ft Myers, and Bonita Springs knowing this would happen at some point...Bayshore was, comprehensively, the best...highly recommend! Make the decision, you'll be relieved you did!UPDATE: After almost a year and a half my mother continues to do really well and her symptoms have seemed to slow considerably. The staff continues their great service, Mom really loves them all, and very surprisingly, most of the employees are still the same meaning there's little staff turnover - a great sign!

Between my wife’s family and mine, we have not had a better experience than moving my mother to Bayshore. This is after experiencing many locations. You all are the best. Thank you, and bless you all.

From the first time we stepped into Bayshore Memory Care, we knew that we had found the right place for our uncle. Everything was explained to us, we met all of the senior staff members, and had all of our questions answered. They facilitated the actual move in so many ways, including some that we hadn’t even thought of much less expected. For safety, cleanliness, activities, responsiveness, and so many other things, our family gives Bayshore an A+. This is not a warehouse. It is a community. Everyone there made the final years of his life years well-lived, treating him with caring and, most of all, with dignity.
