Benjamin Schnee's Online Review Report Card

I recently had the unfortunate experience of seeking treatment from Dr. Benjamin Schnee, and I must say, that it was highly frustrating, difficult and disappointing ordeal. He failed to provide any plan for my excruciating pain level of 10+ when performing daily life activities, neglected to update my records properly to request an MRI, ignored my emails and calls for three weeks. It took a month for me to get the MRI submitted and several calls to my health care provider and the radiologist to help coordinate. I waited 45 minutes in a treatment room to receive my MRI results and he never showed. I had to plead with his staff to give me my results in his absence. His lack of care and communication were unacceptable leaving me feeling neglected and helpless. I caution others against choosing him as a healthcare provider due to his negligence and unprofessionalism.

I am a new patient of Dr Schnee… just overa month. His practice is excellent. All his staff friendly and caring. Dr Schnee leads by example. And so far I’m pain free.

Just had surgery with Dr Schnee so glad he was able to fix my leg. He and his office help were so kind and considerate helping me .

My father had emergency surgery with Dr. Schnee at Phycicians Regional. What a relief when we saw his bedside manners and professionalism. We are truly blessed to have had him as his surgeon.

I refer all my patients to Dr. Schnee. He has excellent outcomes and the patients love him. Best spine surgeon in Naples.

The receptionist is the MOST HATEFUL, MEAN and RUDE girl that makes MRI appointments in the office, they have a staff of 3 at front desk, 2 are very nice but the main receptionist is just MEAN and RUDE, every time I go in there she just MEAN, if someone HATES their job as much as she does, maybe she should fine a new one. Dr. Sneed is GREAT and very nice, I like him.

Unfortunately, his office staff is beyond horrid, I sent a copy of my disabling back pain. He wanted a copy of the video of the MRI, and my caretaker took it to him. His office staff is so incompetent that they lost it, now, not being able to stand I don't know if he still excepts my insurance? Unfortunately, I'm miles and miles away now due to the hurricane, from the reviews I still want Dr. Schnee. Why can't he understand that his office staff is costing him money? Then I find in the reviews that they don't answer the phone, which I found as well, along with loosing my MRI imaging that Dr. Schnee asked for! Dr. Schnee wipe the slate clean and obtain a professional office staff.

Tried for a week after Dr referral to get appointment. primary physician couldn't even get the courtesy of a call back. Since my Doctor put me out of work a week ago, This office sucks- no call back to schedule appointment..Well after the review I gave. The next day I got a call from there office. Dr Schnee is greatly appreciated. I can now stand up straight. Surgery was explained in detail . Thank you very much
