Doc is good, however they refuse to take or file for us our BCBS insurance. When our insurance changed they said (Pam) "good luck finding a new doctor as they are not accepting new patients. When the doctor puts business before the health of his long term patients, you must consider that when making decision. Beware

When a doctor puts business before the health of his patients, you have to consider this fact when making a selection. Our insurance recently changed to BCBS and the doctor's staff (Pam) said "good luck finding a doctor, no one is taking new patients" Basically, don't let the door hit you in the butt! We wont, but we will express out opinion here. Beware!

Dr. Crandall is an amazing doctor. I drive several hours just to get my yearly check-up with him. He spends as much time that is needed and is thorough!

Great thank you's and kudos to the Crandall office!!! I like the quote from Farmers Insurance - He knows a thing or two because he has seen a thing or two. That certainly applies to my last appointment. I had an unexpected event that needed immediate attention. The office schedule was completely full and no room to work anyone in...but that is not the case with the Crandall office. They immediately worked me in, I drove 4 hours to get there, and I was seen on arrival. I have a complex medical history and Dr. Crandall is the ONLY physician that I trust with my care. Thank you to Doshie and the entire office team for making this experience a positive one.
