List of Bonnie Zonas's Reviews
I have been to dr zonas a number of times. Great doctor and wonderful staff
This place is terrible, very rude receptionist. Stay away from this place 0 stars
Very nice staff, very thorough doctor.
Happy patient here, for a number of years. I wish all my doctors had Dr. Zonas' traits. I see from things in the waiting room that she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and she has won national Best Doctor awards for several years running. Of course her excellence in practice, thoroughness, attention to minute detail, and interest in the patient are highly noteworthy, so I feel I am in the best hands. But in addition, Dr. Zonas' kindness, approachability, down to earth mannner, cheerful willingness to take time to hear patient concerns, friendliness and good humor make a visit to her office a very pleasant occasion. In the best of all world's, Dr. Z. would be giving other physicians lessons on how to improve their interpersonal skills. She's the best doctor I've ever had.
Outstanding first visit on Thursday. Very impressed with office staff and Dr. Zonas was personable and professional in all respects. I highly recommend this terrific team.
Very thorough. Very professional. Friendly staff. My wife and I are very confident in her medical knowledge and skills.
After being treated in Jan '18, I never received any sort of billing, until receiving a notice from a collections agency, and a direct bill from Dr Zonas's office, in Mar '19. I have called repeatedly and even written a letter, trying to determine which bill I should pay. I have now left messages 6 times requesting a callback from the office. I have heard nothing. I tried to be nice about this and as a courteous inquiry about my bill. Instead, I have a collections agency hounding me and it appear my credit was ruined over $427. To be 100% clear, I WANT TO PAY THE BILL, but I can't get a call back from anyone in the office. I don't want to pay the bill, plus the collection agency, plus a bunch of fees (totalling over $1,000). I cannot emphasize enough - the treatment was fine, but the back office has royally screwed me. Avoid this office at all cost.
Double billed from both the office and a collections agency (14 months after treatment). The office manager refuses to return my 9 calls and 3 letters of inquiry. The Doctor was excellent and the procedure was as painless as I could reasonably expect. Her backoffice is beyond unprofessional.
Her office refuses to communicate over a question I have with a bill. I never received ANYTHING from this office until 14 months after a procedure, then they started sending me bills at the same time a collections agency started sending me bills. I have called 9 times, trying to resolve this. They outright refuse to even pull up my bill. Note- I paid for the service (to the collections agency). They CONTINUE to send me demands for payment to their office. This is beyond unprofessional.
I've lived in Naples for 46 years and had my first skin cancer removed in 1980 by Dr. Schutt, now deceased. I've seen six dermatologists over the years and found Dr. Bonnie top-notch. She is thorough and by seeing her regularly (twice a year for the past 10 years), I have been kept in good health. I'm impressed by her academic credentials as well, Phi Beta onward.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
