Trying to reschedule an appointment, due to wait times in office, I was treated very rudely by Nadia, the re-scheduler. Her constantly making excuses why I had to wait, accusing me of 'yelling' at her (having to repeat myself for a convenient time for re-scheduling, as she didn't appear to be listening to me) and general bad attitude, I've decided that while Dr Kovach is an excellent doctor, it isn't worth the aggravation dealing with a staff member who resonates a 'better than thou' attitude. I will stop going to Florida Coastal Dermatology.

On June 26,2022, Bradley T. Kovach,M.D., operated on me for a skin cancer on my face. He was so exceptionally calm and exacting as he worked, which in turn made me calm and relaxed. In the end, I had a surgical wound about six inches long down the right side of my face. Frankly, it looked AWFUL. But, Dr. Kovach assured me that he would achieve an elegant result for me. A mere six months later, I would challenge anyone, dermatologists included, to find the scar.Well done, dear doctor,well done. Your mentors would indeed be so very proud, even though you were one of their very brightest young doctors,no doubt. Thank you so much, Dr. Kovach, for all that you have done for me. This is a note of gratitude. Blessings!

Kristen is one of the kindest most Professional individuals I have met in this industry. She takes care and is very thorough. She does not push procedures and listens to what you need, taking into account other medical and life issues. I highly recommend her or Dr. Kovach.

Dr Kovach is phenomenal ! He explains everything and shows such concern for his patients. The entire staff is also amazing! They are all helpful, kind, caring and make you feel so at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Kovach and his staff

As a patient for three years, it was very difficult to get an appt in less than 6 months. An emergency was at least two weeks. Only saw the doctor two times. Saw a second stringer other times. He's too busy selling expensive cosmetic surgery to help his loyal patients. Very common with dermatologists in Naples. I saw him out at a restaurant and he didn't recognize me even after saying hello. HUGE EGO! The appointments were slam bam thank you ma'am, in-out in a flash with a big bill. I found a great guy I can see and he actually cares.

I visited Dr Kovach’s office for a biopsy on a suspicious looking mole. As I was a first time patient I was asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to complete forms. I was pleasantly greeted immediately upon arrival. In less than 20 minutes I was ushered into an examining room and shortly after seen to by P.A. Lidia Starr. The procedure and follow up were explained to me and all of my questions were answered. Following a painless freezing and specimen sampling I was advised of what I might expect of the possible results in the most positive way. I couldn't have a more positive experience from What could have been a very stressful one. 5 STARS 🤗
