List of Brooke A Austin's Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr. Austin's for over 4 years. She did address my problem. Here is my issue: Part of healing is eliminating stress, tension, and financial worry. This practice has repeatedly failed to properly submit, in a timely manner, my Medicare and secondary insurance. Excuses have been made, calls have been ignored, and I was even demeaned by April when I inquired about the extreme delay (over 4 months) in receiving my reimbursement. This has occurred every year for the past 3 years! Do yourself a service by finding another practice whose staff and administrators are courteous and competent.
Two days after my visit my toe became infected. If you are visiting this office do not let the Doctors assistant perform any type of procedure without the doctor knowing about it. I am still suffering from it. I went there with one problem and I came out with another.
First class all the way.
Saw Dr. Austin for the first time with a full blown foot problem. Got in to see her and she diagnosed the problem and treated it. I was back walking in two days. She also called me at home after a few days to see how I was doing. She did a great job.
Overall underwhelming experience. I felt rushed and pushed into buying something that really ended up being useless to me. It felt like it was all really about them getting my money and sending me away.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
