I recently found out I was going to be needing oxygen bc of some lung issues & I am so happy that I found this pulimary Dr's office. I have been treated with such care & compassion from my Dr Roy's nurse practitioner Lauran ♥️ everyone has been so kind to me including the receptionists. I was very nervous at the beginning & they made everything more relaxing & less stressful for me. So far all my appointments were fairly fast & I wasn't as stressed as I was anticipating to be, God bless Lauran & the rest of them.

If you’re willing to spend your day in the waiting room then this is the place to go. Have been here a few times and waited over an hour first in the reception area and then again in the doctor office. Not worth it to me. With all the great doctors in this area this is a waste of my time. Going elsewhere for sure.

Dr. Roy has been treating my husband for a few years for several Pulmonary issues and he is brilliant, patient, friendly and explains everything at our level. He never rushes himself or us. He is kind, caring and sensitive to all our needs. His bedside manner is "Mint"

We found NCH North an excellent hospital and Dr Roy an excellent Dr. Recently treating my Wife Sheila with the Flu Pneumonia. Their was no better place we could be. Just Excellent Care!!!!
