My father is a patient of Dr. Cuello. He is very nice and professional but his staff sucks!!! I spoke to the office manager Glenda today and she is the rudest person I have ever spoken to! She yelled at me and did not allow me to explain the situation! Her exact words were “I have a very bad temper and It is taking all of my energy not to hang up the phone on you”. She also said “You will NOT talk over me” when in reality she was taking over me! The staff is lazy and do not do their job! They expected me to do their job and call the insurance company which I did and when I proceeded to tell her what the insurance company said she claimed I was lying!!!! I have worked in the medical field for 27 years and have never encountered such a rude, nasty, degrading person!!! I will be looking for a new doctor!!! Oh and she ended up hanging up the phone on me!!!! Glenda and Christine you should be ashamed of yourselves and Dr Cuello should not allow these staff members to talk to his patients this way!!!!

Dr. Cuello was available, attentive to my needs, very knowledgeable about my condition, and friendly. He provided all of the information that I needed to feel comfortable. His team was also excellent! Highly recommended!

As a physician and surgeon, Dr. Cuello is absolutely wonderful. He takes the time to explain the procedure and answers every question you have until you understand. He is very nice and pleasant. His staff is friendly and nice. UNTIL you want to pay your bill. Then his staff acts like they can not understand you and talk over you. His wife Glenda is the office manager, and is the rudest person I have ever met in all my 32 years in Customer Service. Telling a patient's spouse (customer trying to pay) to shut up and listen and that she will not allow anyone to talk over her, WHILE SHE IS THE ONE TALKING OVER YOU and refusing to let you explain what you need. Paying your bill will be a nightmare unless you are rich and can pay in one lump sum, because they pretend to not understand the words PAYMENT or SETTLEMENT. All they claim to understand are PAY IN FULL If you can get a word in edgewise with a woman who talks to you like you are somehow lower on the human scale than she is. I could not believe her tone of voice, her words, or her attitude. I tried to file a complaint with the hospital, but as Dr. Cuello is not employed by the hospital and is a tenant, there is nothing they can do.
