I think the people on staff really wanted to help me lose weight and I did lose 9-10 pounds. However, the new physicians assistant recommended DHEA. I looked it up and found that it is a pre-hormone. I’m a cancer survivor and my hormones caused my cancer. It’s not a great idea for me to be boosting them after 5 year of depressing them. When I brought it up at my final meeting, I was told that, if I ate properly, there would be no problem. Also that physicians who dispute DHEA and other of the supplements recommended, are in the pocket of the pharmacy industry. I am concerned that others might simply take what they suggest without doing their own research and be harmed. I tried to put that on the Cederquist website when the they asked me for a review, but got a message that they were not able to accept it and “try again”. That made be double concerned that they don’t want patients to receive an honest review.

Excellent experience with the entire staff! I was well educated on how to better meet my dietary needs. I thought I already knew a lot about diet & nutrition prior to coming to this office but I was wrong. They ask so many questions to find out more about your overall health. They truly care about your goals and do everything possible to help you meet them. I will continue to check in and have opted to sign up for additional appointments because of how successful they were. The blood work was very eye opening along with the allergy testing. A few simple vitamin adjustments and I have more energy then I have ever had in my life. Additionally, I exercise all the time and eat healthy but could not lose the 10 pounds that I really wanted to get off. I ended up losing 13 pounds and have kept it off for nearly one year! Thank you Dr. Cederquist, Kelsey and the rest of the incredible team! Definitely money well spent!

Dr Cederquist helped me nearly 20 years ago loose about 60 lbs. But in the last year I had gained more weight than in the previous 19. I would never consider any other weight loss program. Although some of the protocol has changed she is still the most connected, caring and informed source for losing weight in a slow, systematic and HEALTHY way. This time I have used a good many of the suggested supplements and feel better than I have in several years. AND I am having the same steady success as before. Although Dr Cederquist has taken a well-earned retirement, her staff carries on in a caring, gentle, understanding manner. I am so glad I came back!

Dr. Cederquist has been very helpful in my weight loss program. Her staff is friendly, supportive. I reached my weight loss goal and I continue to follow up with the dietician. I recommend!

Spent thousands of dollars following their plan. Minimal weight loss. Wouldn't recommend them.

I had 30 lbs to lose when I researched this doctor. She was very knowledgeable and her staff was friendly. Their wait time was excellent and my dietician was always available for even minor questions via email. It was expensive up front, but no more than Jenny Craig when you tally up final costs. This was definitely worth it to find out about my body and the best ways to lose weight for my individual needs.

After driving 3 hrs to keep an appt, I was dissappointed. There is a rush to get you signed up to the program. The program is a fasting diet for first 28 days to "rid your body of sugar, starch, etc., and reintroducing things one at a time after 28 days. This is $2000.00. After 28 days I expected her food program to start. There was no food! Just a fast. When I drove 3 hours for 2nd appt. for check up, I was left in waiting room for hour, and was rushed and treated rudely by staff. Dr Ceadrquist sent me a nice appology, and $300.00 refund, far from the value of the skant service I received. If you fast, you can do it cheaper than $2,000.
