Dr. Zhaz is very caring and took time asking questions regarding my health and discussed how we will proceed going forward. However, when calling the office, the calls go to voice mail and no return call is received. This is distressing when you need to get medication

I have been going to Dr. Kowal for over 15 years with my issue, She listens with great patience . She goes over everything each time . I recommend her with great confidence . She is always up on the next medical tool & willing to get the product in anyway she can for me.

Would give zero stars if possible. We got put on wait list over a year ago at this office for my daughter. We were told 6 month wait. Fine. At 6 months called to check on progress, still not available. At 9 months tried calling, they don’t answer the phones, they don’t return calls. It’s been over a year now they still do not answer the phone EVER and do not return messages left on voicemail. Absolutely disgusting way to run a practice for someone in the medical field in a specialty area, this shows a complete lack of empathy for a vulnerable population.

From the moment I spoke with Linda to make my appointment, then greeted by Maureen and finally spending time with Dr. Kowal, this office is top notch! I was so impressed by Dr. Kowal's passion for her patients and her field of expertise. I'm so grateful to have found her. It's amazing what "we will figure this out..." can do for someone who's been struggling! She was kind and understanding and I felt encouraged when I left her office! Thanks.

I love Dr. Kowal. She's the only doctor who actually listens, and I think, really cares about her patients. Takes time to explain things. She's the only doctor I like here in Naples!!!! Nice staff also.

Dr. Kowal is exactly what I was looking for in a Rheumatologist. At the beginning of my journey for a Rheumatologist I had probably the worst- he spent 10 minutes with me for my initial intake visit, gave me a drug to use and brushed off my questions of pain, told me to see a pain specialist. Dr. Kowal will talk abut my pain, listen to my issues, take my email concerns. Unfortunately I have a lifelong condition and hopefully I will have her forever!

I have been working with Doctor Kowal for over 25 years. She and her staff are five star. She keeps up on new technology and techniques related to RA for me. Highly recommend her.

I have been trying to see this doctor for over 2 years. I've been placed in their waiting list more than three times, and every time I called to check the status, my name is never found in the waiting list. Even after my orthopedic specialist sent them a referral and my medical report, it had no effect. Why make a waiting list if it's not going to be used? I'm surprised this doctor has any positive reviews when patients aren't able to get in to see her.
