I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DOREEN CASSARINO FOR AROUND 15 YEARS AND I CAN SAY THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANY DIFFICULTIES WITH THIS PRACTICE, IN FACT I FEEL LIKE I AM TREATED LIKE I AM A MEMBER OF THE OFFICE FAMILY. GRANTED, THERE HAD BEEN A PROBLEM WITH OFFICE STAFF SOME YEARS AGO, WHICH COULD BE FRUSTRATING. HOWEVER, THE CURRENT STAFF IS TOP NOTCH. KIM KEEPS THINGS RUNNING SMOOTHLY. I HAVE READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS AND MUST SAY THAT THE COMMENTS ABOUT THE OFFICE DECOR WERE LAUGHABLE. I FIND IT ENTERTAINING AND FUN TO LOOK AT AND HAVE NEVER QUESTIONED CLEANLINESS THERE!!

Dr Kilo and staff are both caring and efficient. Any time I have a problem the entire office helps me.Both Dr Kilo and staff have been helpful with my diabetic needs and medications. Great Doctor Great staff Thanks for everything you do

What was supposed to be my first appointment with Dr Kilo . After my primary physician had called him because my glucose was over 400 , I called the office to make an appointment that day . I explained that I needed to cover my shift at work due to the fact I myself work in the health field . When I called at 9 am they had said to come in but to be there by 11:30 am . I arrived at 11:20 they said Dr. Kilo would not see me and that they had to go to lunch . He is unprofessional and uncaring!

Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable physician. Extensive knowledge of diabetes and its complications. Eclectic office decor brings a smile and helps allay patient anxiety. Helpful, efficient office staff.

The follow up care from Dr. Kilo is most impressive, and indeed comforting. The office staff are all well trained and professional. Greenfield Health is a wonderful group of dedicated health professionals. It is of great comfort to have Dr. Kilo as my primary MD.

I see Doreen Cassarinob in Dr. Kilo's office. The service I have received from her has been outstanding. I work for Florida Blue and have always had high expectations of my providers and I must say she has exceeded my expectations.

Every office visit Dr. Kilo listens to your concerns or problems and offers direction on what needs to be done next. Such as seeing specialist, medicine etc. He is very open minded on your concerns and ask you what you want to do next.

Felt compelled to write a review due to the outstanding service I received from Dr. Kilo. I recently moved here from NY and was anxious about starting up with a new doctor. I did my homework and picked Dr. Kilo to try due to the positive comments from others on-line. He absolutely exceeded my expectations! He is a warm, personable, passionate and energetic doctor. Very knowlegable! I am looking forward to working with him on preserving my good health!

The office is so filled with odd decorating junk. It feels dirty and creepy. I've never seen anything like this in a medical office! My husband likes him as a doctor. After accompanying my hubby to that office recently, I can't say I'd want to be a patient. Every part of every wall has something hanging on it. Eeeeeek!!

Dr. Kilo is great but staff is horrific. Prescriptions, pre-authorizations, medical information transfers are all bungled and mishandled at every turn. Dr. Kilo was great but ultimately left the practice due to incompetency of staff.
