Dr. Underwood was nice and helpful. Took his time with us. However, his wife who works as receptionist and nursing assistant is terrible. She’s extremely nosey and condescending. We waited a total of 1 hour before seeing Dr. After visit, receptionist refused our copay...saying that it would take too long to print receipt and she needed to get to lunch. Does this every time and then sends a bill. NOT our fault they were an hour late! Looking for a new doctor!

Dr. Underwood is an excellent "general practitioner," so I don't understand why he falls under the category of "pediatrician"? Dr. Underwood was recommended to me when I moved to Naples, Fl six years ago and I feel quite lucky to have found him.
