Outrageous waiting times. Forgot to call in rx, no meds for weekend. Doesn't leave much time with patient to ask questions etc.

I got the Laser Skin Resurfacing treatment done for my acne scars by Christine L Bokman, MD last Friday at Frantz Cosmetic Center. Christine went above and beyond for me and my treatment in every aspect. She is highly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional, which made the entire treatment so much easier. Not only that, but I can already notice significant improvement in the texture of my skin. I’m so grateful that I chose to get this treatment done at this establishment and will be recommending both Christine Bokman and Frantz Cosmetic Center to anyone needing cosmetic care done.

Dr Bokman performed eyelid surgery on me and the results are spectacular. My peripheral vision is much improved and from a cosmetic standpoint many of my friends said, "hey you look younger".Her post doc training was obviously impecable. Prior to the eye lid procedure she explained everything involved with the surgery both pre and post op. Her administartive assistants were absolutely fantastic in both pre and post op support. I have tremendous respect for her team!

Dr. Bokman performed bilateral blepharoplasty on my drooping eyelids. I see better and am told I look 15 years younger! Dr. Bokman explains everything thoroughly and is very relatable. I healed fast with no scaring. I felt safe and in good hands from the beginning to the end. The entire staff is very capable, professional and kind.

Every one from receptionist to Dr Bokman were very kind and professional. I would recommend them for any of your needs.

The staff all the way from testing to surgical is meticulous about properly informing patients about what to expect. I was impressed by the smooth transition of each appointment. The staff and doctor are extremely professional and courteous which left me with full confidence that I didn't have to worry about anything & that I was in the right place for superb care. All of my questions and concerns were always answered. I am very excited to see the final results of the new me.

Dr. Bowman did a thorough exam of my eye lids and vision and recommended having the eye lid fixed. Results are awesome, improved vision and overall appearance.

She just did tear trough filler on my ugly hollow lower lids and the result was amazing!!! I suffered with this for years, even had fat grafting which didn't work. Not many people do this procedure, so I'm so glad I have her!! She helped me so much; I'm very grateful!! She is smart, personable and very skilled at her craft. I see her for other things too, and she does a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
