The entire staff is very friendly, Dr. Potter is thorough and listens to you. You don't feel rushed when you visit the office, they take the time to listen to your concerns.
Dr. Potter is awesome. He is the first doctor in a loooong time to sit with me and actually listen. He takes his time and is thorough. My health is absolutely better now that he is my primary physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and invests his time and energy in my personal health care.
Dr. Potter is a blessing to the healthcare industry! He has amazing bedside manner and fully understands the struggles and needs of his patients. After I saw him I sent both my parents to him. Best Dr i have ever known.
Dr. Potter is the doctor you have always hoped for. My husband and I had separate office visits and both of us came out of the visit wanting to share our experience--and both of us hope we can continue with him in the years to come.
Dr. Potted listened when I talked and asked the right questions to clarify a concern. He was willing to do some research -- darn helpful!!! His receptionist, Tracy, is a gem. Yes, I and my husband will continue seeing him. He doesn't accept insurance and that hurts. But he does see patients and charges for individual office visits. He is not concierge only as other doctors do. I had seen a doctor for several years but when that doctor went concierge, he would not see me at all unless I paid or a whole year upfront. I highly recommend Dr Potter.
very smart and kind, combo not often found in MD these days and patient!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
