First Impressions are important for me. I came in Friday February 28th. One girl at front desk was nice. The others acted as if they didn't want to be there. The doctor and nurse were awesome.

Good hours, fine location, didn't wait too long and front desk personal were helpful. The doctor was very thorough and even though I did feel better in several days. I still was not feeling well. It was a brutal holiday and he tried to help. They gave me a note for my employer and the rest was good.

From out of state, got the flu and went here. The nurses and doctor was amazing I highly recommend!!! They were incredible kind and smart

I went in for an ear infection. In and out in less than an hour. The entire staff including front desk, nurses and Doctors are professional and friendly. Dr. De La Rivaherra was terrific and hopefully all will be better soon! Thanks for a great experience!

Billing issues with negative reviews of timely reimbursement will allow me to avoid the clinic. Specifically the responses from the clinic is the exact reason. You should stop responding. Regardless, your customers are sending a message about your service and its clear you dont get it. I'm not a customer

Paid the co-pay at time of service but then they billed me for the copay anyway. When I called up they told me "it takes some time to post" but the balance is now zero. Clearly they're running a scam here trying to double bill copays and trick some people into paying.

Visiting Florida and first visit here yesterday for rash and swelling on my face. The front desk girl was very pleasant and professional. I saw a doctor quickly and received prescription and was on my was. Doctor was very pleasant and professional also. Would highly recommend.

They told me I had to pay the whole bill up front for service and then they would bill UHC and reimburse me. I NEVER got reimbursed. I even called and got them and UHC on the phone because they did not bill UHC correctly and I still never was reimbursed. They are thiefs.

We had Dr Reyes and he was very thorough & so easy to talk to & answered all of our questions. Plus has a great sense of humor which lifted my husband's spirits.
