Collier Urgent Care-Founders Square's Online Review Report Card

Do not go to Collier urgent care at founders square in Naples Fl. They don't care that a child has autism and the waiting room is so busy that the child is over stimulated. I asked if I could please wait in my car and if they could call my cell when it is his time and she told me no that he could wait outside where there is no where to sit and he has an injury on his foot so he can't just stand outside. She refused and said then he can sit in the waiting room even though I explained that it was a lot of overstimulation with so many people ( the waiting room was full) because of his autism and he was having a hard time. I completely get that I was asking the staff to take a min out of there time to call my cell when it was his time and I even explained I was sorry to ask but with his autism it is just a lot on him in a crowded room and since they didn't have a area he could sit outside and his foot was injured he couldn't stand on it I was lost on anything more to do. I don't understand why nothing could be worked out to help a child with autism so he could be see. This place is just not the right place to take a child with autism for care because the staff isn't trained on ASD and how to make an good environment for the child to feel safe and comfortable in so they can be treated for an illness or injury.

First Impressions are important for me. I came in Friday February 28th. One girl at front desk was nice. The others acted as if they didn't want to be there. The doctor and nurse were awesome.

I had a great experience at this urgent care! They were all incredibly friendly (especially the nurse and PA-C). I was given a few prescriptions to manage the Flu and very happy with how timely everything was done. I was in and out within an hour. Will definitely come back if in need of prompt care.

I was so impressed by the quality of care that I received here! I have never had such a timely, pleasant experience at any other urgent care. I felt very listened to by the doctor and he explained everything to me very thoroughly. I will definitely be returning if needed, and recommending this urgent care to others!

Down on vacation, posterior tibial tendinitis, was taken right in ,xrays, saw Dr Skipper. Great bedside manner. Everyone was very accommodating. Beautiful new facility. Reception was friendly, professional and very helpful.

I walked into the office this morning. I have been sick since New Year’s Day and gave her my drivers license and my insurance card and she said we do not take your insurance. Your bill would be $310. That’s a little steep just to give a urine specimen and a script for an antibiotic..

I brought my wife in last night who had high blood pressure. We got to Urgent Care at closing. The staff was very polite. They took her blood pressure three times. Then Christine PA came in, and we explained the situation that my wife was having. Christine PA explained a complex situation and explained so we can understand the situation better. I would give the staff, nurse and Christine PA 10 stars if I could. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Stay away from this facility! I went in with a sore Throat, ear ache, And cough and PA Sullivan refused to give me an antibiotic! Stay away!

Wonderful experience, quick and easy. Mike, Steph, and Jackie were all amazing.

This is the third time I have been to this office. Service has always been excellent. Jami, Emma, and Juania are professional and efficient.
