David Lindner's Online Review Report Card

The most uncaring office staff I have ever visited. Good luck getting them to answer the phone, a typical 45 minute hold time. You can leave messages and they will not be returned. Awful, find someone else. I have lived in Naples since 1973 and have never been treated so terrible by a physician in this area. Dr. of the Year is a joke!

This is not about Dr. Lindner, it is about his awful staff! No one answers the phone or your on hold an hour. I called because I could not breath and said I had already been to the emergency room, but needed Dr. Lindner to see me. I was told the soonest appointment was a month later. I requested a nurse call me, but that never happened. The receptionist that answered the phone was extremely uncaring, I told her I was really having a difficult time breathing and she said she did not care. I complained to NCH and a nurse finally called me back. She said she would speak to Dr. Lindner to see what he could do. I waited 3 days, and called the nurse 15 times with no answer. When I complained again, the nurse called me and said go to a walk-in-clinic. As a patient of Dr. Lindner I was stunned by this. Don't waist your time with this Doctor until he gets a new staff. Dr. of the Year? Not according to me.

I would say that Dr. Lindner and staff are extremely uncaring. They don't answer the phone, hold times are an hour wait. They never call you back even if you are having a medical issue. The entire staff is rude to the point that the receptionist told me she did not care even though I could not breath. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a "Specialist". Awful...go somewhere else.

Dr. Lindner is great, but his office staff is awful. It takes at least an hour for them to pick up the phone, they never call you back, and frankly they really don't care if you are having an issue. I called to tell them I was having a difficult time breathing, and they told me they could get me an appoint 45 days in the future. I asked them to have Dr. Lindner call or the nurse...48 hours later no response. Receptionist was very rude, and actually said she did not care if I had a problem. NOT THE DOCTOR OF THE YEAR IN MY ESTIMATION. FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES.

My aunt had this doctor for years and he did not test for cancer my aunt had a massive weight loss and we figured out at the end she had to have cancer for over a year she had to go to the Mayo Clinic to find out she had cancer if you have a loved one please do not go to dr Linder he should be ashamed to call himself a doctor also she had holes in her heart 4 plus years later we are still grieving over her death and before she dided she was in the icu he was acting like he was hiding it was too late do not use this doctor go to physicians regional because nch doctors are slow sometimes

Dr. Lindner is unique, in the true sense of the word. He also is the NCH Physician of the Year 2021. He knows his craft; super smart. He’s the one that diagnosed my sarcoidosis, and quickly got it under control. He’s the one that just knew I had sleep apnea, now under control. Just the best!

He cared about me and my illness. I would return to him if I ever need to again. Very professional and explained everything well. The wait was long, as he was so busy!

Dr herazo was very knowledgeable and kind but the staff is beyond incompetent. This is going on day 3 of me waiting for them To call in my asthma medicine. Do they just not care? They lie and say they’ll call back but they don’t. How many lawsuits have to happen? I have pain in my chest and they just don’t care. Update 6/7/2020: my face has swollen up and rash in my arms and legs after starting meds. I called two days ago, no one has called back. Disgusting. No regard for human life. I am discontinuing the meds he prescribed. Apparently I have an allergy. Please don’t go here. They don’t care.

The staff is horrible. I received a letter with a card that said to call when tests were complete. No idea what tests, where to go, how long it would take. Turns out blood tests were simple. But other tests required special handling and 8 weeks for results. Wasn't told any of this. Also, neither dr nor staff reads or responds to portal questions. Am now seeing another doctor.

Very rude including his nurse Really did not get a good review on what I have and what to do.
