Debra Freeman's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Freeman is beyond all definitions in professionalism, caring and proactive care, in her quest to find solutions and answers regarding a patients situation! She goes the extra mile to find the right answers in ways many physicians simply don't!

I was recommended to CyberKnife and found her via online search. Very easy to get into, she was so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. This was what I wanted to do and who I wanted to treat me! Unfortunately, tests came back that meant CyberKnife was not an option for me. Even though I had to go another direction for my treatment, Dr Freeman called me back to follow up and was super supportive to the oncologist I am now with.

At age 69, I had a fairly large cancerous Prostate Tumor. Gleason score =7(3+4) * PSA = 28. Dr. Freeman is my all-time Doctor Hero. She coordinated with other Doctors and secured medical test clearances needed to proceed with Cyberknife Treatment. Without going into details, Dr. Freeman would not take no for an answer while navigating the pathway with other Doctors, Imaging Centers, and Medical Insurance. My 5-day course of Cyberknife Treatment was painless, blood-free, and did not require a catheter or hydrogel. Dr. Freeman's picture hangs in my Wellness Room as a reminder of a testimony for the Golden Rule.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Freeman. She should have been the first stop after urologist told me to have a radical prostatectomy. She had me send my MRI disc as well as other documents to her. Dr Freeman went through some slides on MRI to show me I wasn’t a candidate for Cyberknife or surgery and to follow through on a 28 day radiation treatment that was tentatively scheduled with other oncologist. I was disappointed that she would not be the one overseeing my treatment. I recommend to call her first if you are diagnosed with prostate cancer. No doctor has ever spent so much time with me as she did. I’d give her 6 stars if I could.

Thorough. Listens carefully and patiently answers questions. Prompt follow-up with the Doctor panel for a well-rounded diagnosis. Takes the required time to provide the reasoning for the diagnosis. Explains treatment options in a clear manner. Loads of kindness and care. Pleasant bedside manner. Courteous, gentle and attentive. Intelligent and experienced in the field.

Dr Freeman is a consummate professional who combines empathy and compassion with medical knowledge. She is the premier practiciner of Cyberknife and uses this knowledge to not just treat the physical side, but also the emotional side of dealing with cancer. The medical field needs another hundred of doctors like her.She is simply the best

Having been diagnosed with prostate cancer in June of 2020, I spent several weeks exploring my options by talking to several doctors as well as friends who had been through it. After careful consideration I decided on CyberKnife treatment with Dr. Debra Freeman in Tampa. This was the best decision I could have made. She and her staff were amazing in setting procedures up, explaining each step, and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Freeman to anyone who is a candidate for CyberKnife to treat their cancer.

Dr. Freeman and staff, Kiley and Bryan are exceptional. Compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, patient and caring, extremely efficient. We are blessed to have found this organization to help us through a very difficult time in our lives. Praise Jesus, husband is cancer free. I would send my own child to this place for cancer treatment.

I have NEVER been to a doctor who invested as much time and effort to help me understand my condition and the options available to me as has Dr. Freeman. She is thorough while being, at the same time, understanding and compassionate. When my test results came in she explained every detail and its effect on my health and answered every question my wife and I had. It is such a pleasure to be cared for by a warm, friendly, extremely competent doctor who treats me more as a human being than as just a client. Highly recommended!

Dr. Freeman was my Oncologist in Naples in 2002. Her calming energy and experience in dealing with cancer patients made a world of a difference while going through treatments and throughout recovery.
