New to the area and needed to register my daughter's into school. They stated that they were no longer taking new clients and that the office was closed. But online it shows that the office is open. Very confusing.

Dr Shepard is so gentle kind and loving with our kiddos!! She's simply amazing and truly cares deeply about all her little ones!! She's very thorough and takes as much time with you as you need with you and your child!! Blessed to have her as our pediatrician!!

Newer patients with Dr. Shepard but we really like her. Very professional but with a lovely, motherly manner. Takes time to listen + address all our concerns every time. Speaks with our children as well as with us frankly but with kindness + concern. Her friendly staff are great as well. We've been to a few other pediatricians but are happy to have found a 'home' at lighthouse with Dr. Shepard + her team

My son has been going to Dr. Shepard since he was born. I love the office, it has a very comfortable feeling. With staff that always greets you with a smile at the door. I love that they have a private new born that’s very cozy. Dr. Shepard has been amazing from the start. Always answers my questions and I feel like she really cares. I never leave feeling uneasy, she always explains things in a way I understand. I love Dr. Shepard and staff!

My daughter has seen Dr. Shepard since she was a newborn. Dr. Shepard always takes time to listen to my concerns as well as those my now 8 year old may have. I never feel rushed and can always call the office with questions.

Dr. Shepard is a great doctor with a wide scope of knowledge. All four of our kids go to her and we drive from Fort Myers to see her. She is to the point and her reccomendations are more than simply writing a presription. That is hard to find in this antibiotic fixes everything world. We especially like how she takes the time to offer indepth explanations to us always wondering parents. We highly reccommend her as we have entrusted our childrens health to her. - The Shaffer Family
