List of Dennis Stapleton's Reviews
doctor took his time and explained all in a very professional manner
Everyone in Dr. Stapleton’s office from the front desk to Dr. Stapleton himself was very compassionate and helpful.
Dr. Stapleton and his staff are great Dr. Stapleton is very soft spoken but gets to the point of how he’s going to treat you as a patient. He explained everything about my surgery. He also has a sense of humorMy life is in his hands and I am perfectly reassured about my care.
Very happy with the result Dr Stapleton is 1 of the few Doc that listen to his patients
Dr. Stapleton was so easy to talk to. Hes such a great listener answering every question in an easy to understand way. He even did a drawing that made the diagnosis very clear as well as explaining the CT scan. Left the consultation feeling so blessed to have met him and have him as a doctor.
I havent had surgery yet but until now Dr Stapleton and his staff have been incredible. Straight forward answers and straight forward treatment plan.
In 2002 Dennis Stapleton removed a pericardial cyst in my chest between my heart and lung. He saved my life they thought I had lung cancer and told me to get my papers ready. Thank you Dennis Very grateful
Dr Stapleton had two hearts surgery operation on me their were very successful he is a great Dr i love him so much. Thank you Dr Stapleton
I hate saying anything negative about anyone but this needs told !! I agreed to have a video assisted biopsy procedure of my lung and found out three days after the procedure that I had a 7” partially open incision with 17 staples in my back and a drain tube in my lung when I was expecting a very small incision about one inch like dr Stapleton had told me to expect , I was in such pain and discomfort I didn’t even ask because I expected to be sore and no one discussed what actually had been done to me so I never expected anything different . Found I had the video assisted procedure and an open lung biopsy procedure which is very very dangerous since I have pneumoconiosis, a lung disease . The open lung procedure had never been mentioned or discussed also I learned he talked to my wife in the waiting area and told her the procedure went fine and I was doing fine , he removed two lymph nodes that were only to be biopsies . My wife ask if he had got the actual lung tissue for pathology and how long it would take for a diagnosis but he had forgot to get the lung tissue and returned to the operating room, either dr Stapleton or his nurse practitioner cut me open to get the tissue and did a very very poor job of cutting but the tissue was obtained . My skin had been turned under with the staples that were actually holding were in skin and not the incision . It took a month of constant care to get it to just begin to close . This was not the work of a well trained cardiac surgeon , Staples were removed after two weeks and the incision opened before I got home. I called and I was told to just put steri strips on it which I did for a month . 9 months after the two procedures I still have severe pain especially if I cough or sneeze . I confronted the hospital surgical department and was told that was normal to have happen and I should have been told by dr Stapleton . The video assisted procedure was a diagnostic elected procedure , the open lung was just not treatment expected by someone I trusted to even do the video assisted procedure. The scar is horrible , I have not removed my shirt in front of anyone since , it’s painful and embarrassing. Just so everyone knows unless you die or are severely disfigured there is nothing that can be done . Although it’s gross negligence on his behalf and is considered male practice since he did not have informed consent no local attorney will touch it since HCA owns Faucette where this happened
Tried hard to correct a botched surgery from another dr on my husband. He gave it all he had but there was no way for hubby to fight back against the multiple issues that arose from his initial surgery. But Dr S was willing to go as far as we would go to save him, until my hubs said “no more”. He and his PA Rick. Both wonderful and talented men and I will always be grateful for their kindness to my husband and myself

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
