If you are looking for a reliable doctors office DONT BOOK WITH DIANA MCLAUGHLIN!!! Dr.McLaughlin has very POOR people skills. I will NEVER send my child to such a disrespectful location.

Both husband and wife, the Dr. Mclaughlin’s, are so rude and disrespectful. They discriminate and are racists, they’ve treated me and my family so poorly it’s sad. They’ve called us names and just been so unprofessional I can’t even put it into words. Not to mention they are the ones working and managing their own practice so there’s no one to complain to and they don’t care about your concerns because as they put it “it’s my practice”. If you want your kids concerns to be actually addressed and have a pediatrician who actually cares don’t come here.

I cannot express what a great doctor Dr. McLaughlin is!! She is very professional and understanding when it comes to her practice and patients. Her office is alway clean and a big waiting area.

This is by far the best office I’ve been too. They answer every emergency call, give advice, and genuinely care about the health of my child and do the best they can to provide me and her with the things we need. They get my daughter in quickly when she needs to see the doctor. I didn’t have this kind of care with my daughters first primary care physician. I’d I could give 10 stars I would. I definitely highly recommend this practice!

Dr. McLaughlin has been my kids pediatrician for eight years. She is an excellent doctor, caring and patient with my children. I would absolutely recommend!!

My sisters and I have taken my two nieces for years here with no problems. Know that I have one on my own I did make sure Dr.McLaughlin will be my daughter Doctor even before she was born They are up front, and honest about everything. My sister had made emergency appointments and they have always been accommodating and respectful. Dr.McLaughlin Thank you for everything you do to help children especially with my own daughter

I read some negative reviews and now I see why. The man answering the phone was so rude on several phone calls. Clearly, the service is terrible and I gave up even trying to make appointment.
