Dina A. Badra's Online Review Report Card

I was looking forward to adding my two children as patients of Dr.Badra. Unfortunately when I arrived for my childs first appointment with Dr.Badra, I was told by the doctor her self that I had horrible insurance and basically nothing was covered. I rescheduled my appointment so that her office and my insurance can clarify any miss communication they had. I explained to Dr.Badra and their front office that their practice is in my insurance network . In fact my insurance even spoke to them several times to try to clarify and explain to them. They refused to cooperate. And when my husband tried calling their office to again clarify, they told him they canceled our Childs appointment and that we would have to find another provider, even though the insurance rep explained to her that their practice does accept our insurance. They just didn't want to deal with us. Very hostile experience, I do not recommend this practice.

We have been patients of Dr. Badra since 2017. We’ve had nothing but great experiences. Dr Badra is very knowledgeable, has led us through sicknesses, dairy allergies and more. I was pleasantly surprised when I called after hours on a Saturday and got dr. Badra herself and not a message system. I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician for my kids!

We love Dr. B. She has been our pediatrician for the past 11 years. When we initially met her, we felt very comfortable with her. She is always very upfront and takes her time when she sees our 3 children. We have never had an issue getting our children seen by her, even when they are sick, she always gets us right in. We are very thankful for this because not all pediatricians do. All 3 of our kids love her and her staff.

Today I have experienced one of the worst doctors in town.I scheduled an appointment for my son 3 WEEKS AGO!!!! And her staff or her nurses made the mistake to not put me in their calendar and the day of the appointment they tried to cancel when I all ready missed work and my son missed school.Because I was frustrated over the phone they decided to “take me in” when we arrived we waited for an hour and a half and because there was documents that had to be emailed to the office the doctor got frustrated because she had to open an email with a password and tried to reschedule and complain that they were helping us.They made it look like they were doing charity work for us when they collect only PPO insurance if you’re a parent and want to be respected as a client DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! Don’t waste your time or money on the wrong doctor.

Dr. Badra is such a caring pediatrician and goes above and beyond. She has such a genuine warm heart and really cares about her patients. She always takes her time explaining everything and is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns about treatment. I wish there were more doctors like her. When my child is not feeling well she has always been able to treat her the same day. The staff is also great! They always answer the phone with a friendly voice and greet you with a smile. Thank you to the office staff: Madeline, Katelynn, Ellie, and Soni for being so kind. 5 Stars for Dr. Badra & Staff excellent service!!!

Dr. Badra is awesome! We love her. She is very knowledgeable and has always come through for my child. Not only does she know what she’s doing, but she’s also so sweet and caring. Some of the best bedside manners I’ve seen in a Dr. My daughter always hates going to the pediatrician and screams/cries everytime we are there she gets so nervous but Dr. B is so understanding and helpful and tries to find ways to soothe her. Dr. B doesn’t just focus on the physical health aspect of my daughter, she discusses her behavior and emotions a lot which is something I didn’t typically see from other pediatricians. Anytime I’ve needed an appointment they have always been accommodating. Best pediatrician We’ve been to!

I met Dr. Badra over 14 years ago when pregnant with my first child and searching for a pediatrician. My husband and I asked friends, family and co-workers for recommendations and her name was given to us over and over. We met with several doctors in the area but ultimately felt most comfortable with Dr. B. In our initial meeting, and in every appointment since, Dr. B has given us her full attention and never rushed. She has made a point to get to know us as a family and work with us on the best ways to keep our kids healthy.I have never had a problem getting the kids in to see her when they are sick; her staff has always been able to get us in the same day. Dr. B. also makes herself available nights and weekends for afterhours calls which has been so helpful over the years. She speaks directly to our kids and teaches them about their bodies and how to express what they are feeling. She has helped me navigate being a mom through all the stages from infancy and now into the teenage years. I am so grateful for her care and guidance over the years.

Dr. Badra who is also lovingly referred to as Dr. B. Has been our families pediatrician since I was pregnant with our oldest son. She came highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Dr. B is not your run-of-the-mill pediatrician. She goes above and beyond for her patients and their families. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment or contacting her when we needed her (Even nights and weekends. She has always been there for us. When you become a patient of Dr. Badra you feel like you are family. She not only measures our childrens developmental milestones, but we discuss their emotions and feelings. She taught me how to endear my son to his baby sister. Our family is so grateful for the care she and her staff have provided to us and the love she gives on a daily basis.

My two sons who are now 19 and 16 adore her. I trust her 100 percMy 16 year old had surgery in Miami. I could not get the surgeon nor a member of his staff to return my call. They provided me a number for concerns..if a problem occurred. Hours I waited. Dr.B jumped on it. Called them, and then they finally called me. She had my sons back 100perc. Trust her without hesitation.
