Similar appointment glitch. Called when I didnt receive confirm call. Receptionist told me they had cancelled my appt. I had received no notice of this. No apology was offered for their erro.This office staff is screwed up and Dr Bernard should change staff or offices if he is any good.

I had to have a PCP in the area to be cleared for surgery, Dr Bernard and his team were super accommodating during peak season, I’m 3.5 years before I’m full time here and will absolutely be staying with Doc. Bernard, great guy, very attentive, super friendly staff.

Have seen Dr. Bernard for many problems over the years. He takes his time to explain things well and is a straight shooter. He has always been very thorough in his exams.

I have seen Dr. Doug for broken collarbone, and another time after injuring my foot. He clearly describes what is going on. He is no-nonsense doctor that tells it like it is.

Awesome bedside manner, very caring, professional, empathetic, and willing to work late and after hours to ensure good care is given. Does not make you wait on his time frame but rather takes care of patient's needs on real life time. I would trust no other surgeon as he for his specialty. He is a gift from God.

Each time I have gone to see Dr. Bernard, there were NEVER any patients in the lobby. I am only going to see him because my Workers Comp company is sending me there. Although I have requested another physician, they have denied my request. I don't have a choice.....
