Similar appointment glitch. Called when I didnt receive confirm call. Receptionist told me they had cancelled my appt. I had received no notice of this. No apology was offered for their erro.This office staff is screwed up andDr Bernard should change staff or offices if he is any good.

It was my first time going to this doctor and before I can even see him the receptionist said I can’t be seen. I live an hour away and my appointment was at 8am,I left extra early but still got traffic. I waited half a month just to get this appointment but because I was a few minutes late they said I had the reschedule and wait 25 MORE DAYS when I was already there. The receptionist got all my information just to say I can’t be seen, she didn’t even check to see if the doctor was available. But if this is who he hires I’d hate to see how he actually is in person.
