E Sean Kelley's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kelley is the very best physician to consult for a spectrum of muscular/skeleton needs. His approach is to do a full assessment and then zero in on the best intervention. Highly recommend to anyone before going the surgical route.

Front desk is extremely rude and arrogant. Threatening small claims court for an 88 year old woman whose bills are handled by children out of state. Was difficult to get the statement , when received bill was paid two weeks ago. Ten days later threatening small claims court. The arrogance was over the top!

Front desk employees are insanely rude and uncaring. My mom is 88 years old and her bills are handled by her children. A check was sent out for the balance two weeks ago, after repeated requests to have a statement sent to us. Ten days after the balance was sent, I received a voice mail threatening to take mom to small claims court! This balance was not overdue more than two months . I called and told this person that the check was mailed two weeks ago and told her to check with the billing center, which is in Maine. Her reply was”check to see if the check was cashed” and “ you don’t go into a store and not pay” So much for caring professions. Rudeness and arrogance is what we were handed.

Before I even got to meet Dr Kelley, and I am sure he may be a very good doctor, but in my life i have never been spoken to like the nobody who called me back 8 hours after leaving a message. Without going into details, she said to me, you can go somewhere else, i don't care. I would never make a appointment with such a nasty person, talking down to me like i was a nobody. I see other people agree, since i see the same reaction. For the doctor, that must be aware of this not to make a change or tell her that's not how you speak to patients, then i can't trust in what he says about any treatment. I rarely ever leave a review anywhere, let alone a bad one. This woman started off nasty and continued to get worst like she enjoyed it

This is the best doctor I have ever been to. I was 78 years when he treated me for knee pain. Absolutely the best!!!! Instead of taking $8000.00 for stem cell therapy, he recommended PRP for only $800.00 and administered it on a Saturday, his day off. What a Saint; and it worked!!! You will not find a better doctor.

Called for a month trying to get an appt. When someone did finally answer the phone on week 5 they told me before I could even make an appt I needed to send medical records. Only then upon their future review would I receive a call back letting me know if I would “qualify” to be seen as a patient. Really???!!!

I am new here to Naples and look up various doctors and their credentials. I saw Dr. Kelly last week and the moment I walked in the door Lorraine at the front desk and Cheryl his nursing assistant could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Then comes in Dr. Kelley, who from minute I met him made me feel so comfortable the ‘white coat syndrome’ was gone?? very knowledgeable, asked pertinent questions, took his time with me and I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit from a top Doc. In his area of expertise. He’s compassionate and has a personality you can’t forget! Don’t hesitate like I did finding a new dr. To treat your needs. He’s helpful and informative.

Dr. Kelley is very knowledgeable about pain management. I really appreciate how he listens to the problem and then works with me to come up with a treatment plan. HIs staff at the front desk and his nurse are very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a doctor to help with an injury, rehabilitation or a pain disorder like fibromyalgia or arthritis, Dr. Kelley would be an excellent choice.

Called to make an appointment. Was told to have records send from last visit to primary. Dealt with getting all records over. Was just called after three days saying that Dr Kelley is not seeing new patients. Horrible front desk staff giving the doctor (who came highly recommended) a bad name. When I asked for another doctor they recommend, I was hung up on. Really needs to get his front desk in order and after reading the reviews I am not the only one that thinks so.

Called to ask for information and Lorraine answered the phone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was very rude and condensending.
