Dr Valle seems proficient and humane. The office staff are horrible. The Coolio-dreaded guy at the front desk puts you on hold for 45 mins and tells the elderly who walk in with questions, "I gotchu" this is not the correct speech nor behavior for a neurosurgery clinic!! He acts like he's directing a rap video! NCH get your act together on training front desk and office staff on how to talk, dress and treat the sick!! A disgrace.

When my mother’s brain aneurysms were initially detected through an MRI, after having severe headaches, she was referred to Dr. Valle by her general doctor & we decided to move forward with the surgery after the angiogram performed by Dr. Valle. What could have been the end of her life ended up being a beginning to a new and improved self thanks to DR. VALLE who saved her life. Dr. Valle is an EXCELLENT neurosurgeon who performed my mother’s aneurysm surgery in Naples Florida at NCH Baker Hospital Downtown & our family is truly very blessed to have him so close to us here in town. He’s extremely Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative and his aftercare is commendable. Dr. Valle took his time to explain her condition as well as treatment options and ensured that my mother & our family was properly informed about her health and care from start to finish. We immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in receiving expert medical care. His entire staff was great too; very friendly and professional. They ensured she had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. Walked away very impressed with the overall experience. Our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS him to anyone looking for a specialist in this field.

After months of back pain which was getting progressively worse. I went to Dr. Valle. I needed a cyst removed from my spinal column and L-4,L-5 disks rebuilt. I was very nervous about this procedure since my spinal cord was involved. But my quality of life was rapidly deteriorating so I chose to move forward with surgery. Dr Valle was always reassuring and answered all of my questions. The surgery went well and within 4-6 weeks I was very mobile extending my walking to longer and longer periods. Best of all, the nerve pain was gone after surgery. Now, 8 months later I couldn’t be better. I have been back to normal for quite a while and have just completed my last visit with Dr. Valle. I would strongly recommend him as a surgeon. He is the best and I would not go to anyone else.

I WAS SUFFERING AND FALLING DOWN FOR TEN YEARS AND WAS MISDIAGNOSED AND TREATED BY MANY DOCTORS. I FELL ONE NIGHT AND FOUND MYSELF IN THE ER. A DOCTOR CAME UP TO ME AND SHOWED ME MY SCAN AND TOLD ME I NEEDED SURGERY. I WAS FORMALLY INTRODUCED TO HIM A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER WHEN HE VISITED MY ROOM. HE LOOKS LIKE A CHILD HE'S SO YOUNG. I NEVER HAD ANY PAIN AT ALL AFTER NOT ONE BIT. HE WAS RIGHT I NEVER FELL AGAIN IT'S BEEN 2 1/2 YEARS. HE IS THE SMARTEST MOST CONFIDENT DR I'VE EVER MET. HE SAVED ME. I AM SCHEDULING 2 PROCEDURES ONE FOR A NEUROPATHY IN MY ARM AND THE OTHER TO FUSE PART OF MY LOWER SPINE. I CAN'T WAIT. THE MANS A GENIUS HUMBLE AND COMPASSIONTE HE IS BY FAR THE BEST NEUROSURGEON IN NAPLES. I CANNOT COME UP WITH ENOUGH SUPERLATIVES TO DESCRIBE HIM. I'D TRUST HIM WITH MY LIFE. DON'T EVEN LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A NEUROSURGEON DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
