Elvira Tolentino's Online Review Report Card

I had my first doctor's appointment with Dr. Elvira Tolentino and it went really well. I was able to express my concerns and issues and she was very attentive. I didn't feel rushed at all. The receptionist was great too - she submitted my authorization at a very timely matter and it was urgent. I Appreciate it so much & I have no complaints, I'm very satisfied with everyone in the office. Thank You!!

Knowledgeable. Appropriate time spent during visit. Would be happy to see again.

Worst doctor ever, she is racist and doesn’t like people who don’t speak English, so rude and disrespectful with the patients, my father is her patient from few months agoAnd when I got to an appointment today, he asked her for someone to speak Spanish, which is the usual thing in his appointments, and she replied in a very rude way that it was time for her to speak English that lived in the United States.

I and my disabled son were her patients from 2009-2018, and all went well until we were about to leave on an international vacation, and I noticed I might run short of my medication. I was leaving in two days and asked if I could get a refill her office manager said I would need to come in for an appointment ...that was going to be very inconvenient for me because 2 years prior I had moved to Estero and the trip to her office in North Naples would take up a big chunk of my day and that was the day I was getting ready for this international trip...I asked if I could come in after retuning home? To my surprised the answer was NO I asked the manager to check with Dr Tolentino specifically she did and said the answer is still no...Wow putting money ahead of her patient was an offense act to me. I had been taking these blood pressure meds for years (these were not new meds)...I called another doctor who had no problem giving me a prescription and I did not have to come in until I returned .

Yo no entiendo cómo está mujer es doctora Llamo para una cita y nunca me dicen k necesito estar vacunada cuando yo tengo una condición me siento mal y voy a cita y después de 43 minutos me llaman k es por teléfono y k si no estoy vacunada no me puede ver esta mujer no es profesional si le tiene miedo al virus que deje de ser doctora y segunda conosco personas k están vacunadas y tienen el virus De veras esto ahí k reportarlo esta mujer como doctora es lo peor

The worst doctor you could ever go to. Receptionist doesnt care for helping patients at all ! I dont know what her problem is, seems like she doesnt want to do her job, very impolite and rude. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

None of these bad reviews make any sence to me! I've been Dr Tolentinos patient for over 5 years and go monthly ! she is a sweetheart, a professional and very thorough! And the staff are very polite I've been in her waiting room over 50 times and never seen them mistreat or disrespect ANYONE! She has helped me through allot of tough times in my life.. I wouldn't change Dr's for anything.

Rude doctor its annoying but I’m trying not to show that i am upset

Worst service of my LIFE!! Dr. Tolentino came in 45 minutes late, and wouldn't let me finish my sentences of what I needed, and literally said "I don't think you're a good fit here, could you please leave? I have other patients to see." I saw her for a total of 7 minutes before she asked me to go. Ridiculous.
