I had been Dr. Murray's patient for several years, sadly last time I saw her it was for a very small urine infection for which she prescribe me small doses of antibiotic for a five days treatment.. this time was not enough to get my discomfort away and since I was traveling out of the town the next couple of weeks I called her to ask for a refill prescription. Surprisingly she gave me so a hard time, asking me first to get a new lab exam in order to prescribe me more antibiotic.. She really did not care about my situation.. I was able to get it resolved with a simple doctor call through my insurance website that prescribed me the antibiotic over the phone with not even need of lab exam.. I felt like having a primary doctor was completely useless..

Dr. Murray is an excellent physician, kind, compassionate and caring. She has cared for me for 5 years and came highly recommended. I’m very happy with her and her staff.

Dr. Murray is a compassionate and very knowledgeable physician. She has over 19 years of clinical practice and extensive knowledge in medical care and aesthetic medicine. I had the pleasure of working with her and also been her patient. She has a big heart but is very strict with patient care and compliance, she feels is a doctor-patient commitment with the purpose of achieving the best health for her patients. Some reviews I see on the media are not a reflection of her or her practice at all is a reflection of the person been frustrated for been reprimanded for been non-compliance with their health goals and proper follow-ups care for their own well being. During Covid no patient was charged for being on quarantine, we offer Telehealth for sick or even for those not comfortable leaving their home. Any reviews less than 5 stars towards Dr. Murray and her staff is inappropriate. She is a blessing to our medical community, there should be more physicians like her.

This place has changed so much since I first started seeing Dr. Murray several years ago. Just now I was basically called a liar by the business person I was speaking with. I tried to call and cancel an appointment due to being placed in quarantine and they wanted to charge me anyway. Definitely will not be going back.

Dr Murray has been my PCP for many years I was sick over the weekend and after going to a walk -in waiting to be seen for over 3 hours as it is a busy season I decided to join the concierge service to have more access to my doctor, best decision I made.

Dr Murray is a throwback to a time when doctors got to know their patients, and give them the time needed to provide an effective course of care. Highly recommended.

Was calling to get set up a primary doctor and I was told great things about her and it worked out perfect because she was in my insurance network and was registered as accepting new patients.Called the office and was told that she wouldn’t see me because I wouldn’t be a new patient for her concierge service . I asked if she was excepting regular patients I don’t need concierge and was told that no she wasn’t excepting any patients that did not want concierge services. The wrap was extremely discouraging not helpful at all and for someone who is calling to get a doctor for health reasons to be told that if I do not want to concierge service that I cannot qualify to become one of her patients or set an appointment to be seen by her to make her my primary doctor that’s very sad to say that because a person doesn’t want to particular service they don’t Don’t deserve medical treatment because of that it was just a very distasteful conversation

I could not be under better care, both medically and compassionately. Of course, the value of wisdom and experience is with her. Having been in the medical field myself for well over three decades, you learn who to trust. I trust I am continuing to make the best decision of personal wellness under Dr. Murray's care.
