Was here twice. Misdiagnosis is a heck of a thing. I was given strong antibiotics, ended up in hospital where they took me off everything because I had the flu... and they started treating the flu. Incredible how I got better quickly at hospital. I do believe these urgent care places just give you meds because they don't know what or how to treat you. They hope you follow up with a dr. Sad ..this is becoming the normal for many places. Beware!! advocate for yourself and pay really close attention to what's going on with yourself cuz noone else will. ):

I made an appointment because the site said x-ray and I most likely needed one. When I saw the OD, he told me they did not have x-ray that day. I received a referral of where to go for an x-ray. I'll be more careful where I go for my medical needs in the future, but it won't be here. UPDATE. The place that I finally got my xray done, sent the results to EPN. I received a call from the D.O. there and he explained the results clearly to me. I upped the review to 3 stars. Best I can do.

Thank you so much, EPN and staff! There was a bit of a wait since I didn't have an appointment. Once I was in the doctor's office, they administered both a COVID and flu test; thankfully, both were negative. Since I have asthma, I was quite worried. The staff was excellent, from reception to checkout. The doctor, a tall blonde woman whose name I don't remember, prescribed me antibiotics and a steroid. Two days later, I felt like new! Thank you so much, EPN and staff!

This place should be avoided. The wait is hours long. They often have only 1 attendant working, and then most often it is a nurse assistant, not a doctor. Over a three year period of time, I have never seen a doctor.
