Was once again entirely happy and satisfied by my experience at and the prompt and professional service I received at ER Quickcare in Naples today. From the reception staff, to the in-take nurse and ultimately to the doctors on hand, I was 100% satisfied by the service and attention received. Keep up the great work!

Bad experience laddy in front desck was so rude she said that was me when i was sitting there for more then a houre i also asked her if i can use the resroom and she didnot let me so left she nees to treat people beter she gets paid to be there' dont understan why she has to be there with that attitude very rude ladie they deserve 0 star

Dr Engel , nurse Carol and rest of the team are truly committed to excellent patient care care. They were proficient and pleasant from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for Urgent Care!

The medical team at ER QuickCare is extremely patient focused. Everyone is very caring and professional. I had a pain condition and very soon after completing my admission paperwork, I received immediate care and treatment. Truly great service and much needed in Naples. Sincere appreciation goes out to the doctor-nurse-ex-ray-tech staff. Thank you all for your help!

I had a great experience with ER Quick Care. From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great. I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why. They don’t just treat you, they actually Listen and care. That goes a long way with me and my Loved ones. This group is top notch and first class! Mike Giusto
