List of Erika Johnson's Reviews
I love the way she takes her time with me to make sure I understand everything now if I could just find her that would be great ??
We're trying to figure out if Dr. Johnson is even in business any more - Her office and cell number are no longer in service. Very poor communication regarding any move or cessation of practice. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Johnson was my husband's primary care physician for years and now that he needs assistance (due to stage 4 cancer) she's MIA.
We love her so much, it's more like visiting a friend while she is taking care of your medical problems. We are so worried about her now. We were told she was out very sick, and please know that you are in our prayers 🙏 ❤️ 🙏
Dr. Erika Leigh Johnson is a highly rated Dr. now located in Marco Island FL. Despite some horrible reviews I've seen...She is an amazing Primary Care Physician who gives her utmost attention with your Healthcare needs. Most compassionate, kind and respectful Dr you will ever fine. Dr. Johnson and Mai made my visits worth the wait and Mai was just as compassionate as Dr. Johnson. They make a wonderful duo. She's accepting new patients. Not far from her old office in East Naples.
3 appointments scheduled for a new patient and I never saw the dr. 1st appt scheduled-I showed up, they cancelled due to computer systems being down. They didn’t have my phone number entered correctly to cancel me. I Rescheduled. 2nd appt-received a phone call the night before cancelling due to the dr’s ill mother. Rescheduled. 3rd appt-Based on my experience with not seeing the Dr., I call the day before to confirm I have a 1pm. It rang 6 times and an out of breath man answers and says her systems are down and he doesn’t know if I have an appt and they’re moving her office into their home. I cancelled. Never in my life dealt with anything such as this.
Dr Johnson is a fabulous doctor and a friend. Going to her office was actually something that you looked forward to.
I purchased a Groupon for a Medical Marijuana Renewal appointment from Erika Leigh Johnson a few weeks ago. I canceled that Groupon because I’ve called to schedule an appointment on at least 5 occasions and never has anyone picked up the phone nor called me back. My renewal is due in 2 weeks. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
She is extremely thorough and detailed. Always spends time necessary when reviewing test results. Listens to her patients and carefully recommends the appropriate treatment and necessary tests.office is well organized and presents a calm atmosphere. Very busy Doctor who really cares for her patients, well worth the wait.
This post I came across today is illegal. Yes, I am sure it's public record if it even exists and is true and correct. However, as an Attorney this should not be posted. Yes, people have the rights to post positive and negative reviews however you need to watch what is drafted as this could be defaming Dr. Johnson's character which as a patient I can guarantee this is false and Dr. Johnson can file a slander/defamation of character suit. Especially coming from a previous employee this is something that needs to be kept off due to pending litigation if there is one. I highly recommend Ms. Niles that you delete this. It never ever looks good having an ex employee slandering her past employer regardless of allegations pending if any. And as far as I know, Dr. Johnson is not someone who discusses he personal business to others as this is a confidential manner. JChapman, Esq ****************************************************************** Toni NIles 3 weeks ago NEW I worked for Dr. Johnson last year. I ended up leaving in July 2021 after she had not paid me for over 7 pay periods. I even paid for 2 medical programs on her computer to keep her office running thinking she would reimburse me. Finally I had to take her to small claims court this past May (2022). The courts decided in my favor that she owes me $4950.46. The judgement was made in May but has she paid me... NO! She has told people that she isn't going to pay me. What kind of a person does that. I worked hard for her, putting in more hours each day than I was scheduled for just trying to keep her office running. I heard from her patients each day regarding their complaints about her. If I could have I would given her ZERO stars. I really need my money. But she doesn't seem to care or believe in the law. Beware!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
