I have called this office 3 separate times to schedule an appointment. The first time the woman rudely answer the phone and said HELLO. I had to ask if I was calling a doctors office and what the name of the office was. Then she disconnected the call. A few days later I called the woman said she did not have my referral, which I had a copy of right in front of me. I asked her to assist with obtaining and she said it’s going to take awhile time I’ll get back to you. Never got back to me. But I did call the referring doctors office and she sent a copy over as I was speaking with her on the phone. Third time I called still no referral at their office. They had no idea what I was talking about and stated the wrong physicians group which I do not even belong with. They offered no assistance and brushed me off. So needless to say, I will not be seeing this doctor under any circumstances. Very poorly run office from my experience.

Absolutely correct!! First appointment was through.. after that, not sure what happened!! Left in office waiting for ever.. then each time I left office..ALL NEW PRESCRIPTIONS were automatically sent by computer to Publix’s pharmacy.. which after they had packaged, I had to decline since I already had all from previous scripts two weeks prior! I mentioned to office staff 3 times to please check system and make sure dr doesn’t press for scripts AGAIN! It wasn’t fair that pharmacist had spent all that time packaging and then declined and also didn’t understand why the doctor would be prescribing tubes of topical medication, and anti-histamine so quickly after Just several weeks! They (Publix’s) gave me a printout to show dr and staff next time I had my appt.. which I did, but then decided she or office staff didn’t have to time to pay attention request! Never did call me to follow up with my complaint!!

I am waiting for my daughter's results, call multiple times, left 3 vm, nobody ever gets back to me.This is second time this happening.Never experience anything like this.

Effective Efficient on time - the office is one of the most efficient Doctors offices I have ever been to.

Awful. Poor professional doctor for sure. Doctor had no organization whatsoever. One hour after my appointment doctor finally comes into room looks at me and says well you are taken care of I don’t have time for you right now. Unbelievable. Waited another 20 mins no doctor and finally walked out and no one even cared that I never met the doctor or got attended too after waiting all that time. Thanks doc. “I don’t have time for you.” Honestly. My true option of you can’t be put in a review after you treated me like that in a time of need. Poor lady. Do not even consider this unprofessional lady.

Awful!

I have been suffering from allergies all my life and have been previously misdiagnosed. I have been seeing Dr. Neagu since 2019 when she started to practice here in Naples. She got the diagnosis right and virtually gave my life back. Highly recommended.

It is my opinion that this doctor has personality disorder. She lies on the diagnosis, and then refuses to do the right tests. She also tries to prevent you from obtaining a second opinion by falsely diagnosing you with a mental disorder, if you dont agree with her. She is two faced. She will put statements in your medical record that you did not say. Run from this person!!!!!!
