Arrogant dude who got ANGRY because my 80 year old mother dared to ask for clarification on things she didn't understand. This guy is unbalanced, he should see a therapist and go into research. Does not belong in front of actual patients.

Wanted to schedule me for a CT scan when I just had one and was seeing him for the results! Saw him again in hospital. Told me my ct scan taken in ER was much improved when in fact it was much worse, according to another doctor in his own group. He does not review your records before seeing you and has no clue about your medical status. Does not care if you are doing well or not. The office is a factory assembly line and he couldn't care less about you.

I have seen him several times and he has never even put a stethoscope on me on examined m in the lest but they sure do charge $281 to write a prescription.

Dr. Bergen attended me while I was at NCH for Facial Cellulitis. I am very pleased with is care and treatment. He is personable and upbeat.

Probably the nicest most sincere Dr I have had in my 66 years. He listens, is practicle, says it like it is but gives encouragement. I feel like he really knows how bad I feel, has empathy, and describes these symptoms so I can find comfort in their comminality with others. I would recommend him 100%!!! I had no idea IV antibiotics could affect me like this , But so glad I have the proper care.
