Based on his phone staff, I wouldn’t step one foot into his office. I called to make an appointment, and right off the bat she was giving me a hard time because my MRI was just over a year old. I explained I wanted to get a new MRI. She then said, “I’ll have someone get back to you “ it’s been over two weeks. I’m definitely moving on to another surgeon. It’s to bad that the staff tarnished the doctor before even meeting the Doctor.

When I first went to Dr, Colon I asked him if he could make me walk without pain. He said he could. However 5 months after the first surgery 2 screws broke and was making a loud noise and causing extreme pain. It took 4 months to get a second surgery and has been even more painful ever since. He referred me to his pain management Dr. Krueger that kept telling me that there are only 5 kinds of pain, but could not relieve any of it, after a year of treatment the pain is still unbearable. I am stuck sitting in a chair or lying in bed the rest of my life. These doctors are in it for your money not for your relief, so sad , but true. They made it worse not better. Dr Krueger just gave up trying, blocked my patient portal and refuse to help period. Apparently I am the only one they cannot fix, their worst patient. Please prove me wrong!!!!!!!!

Dr Colon has performed 4 of my surgeries. He is a wonderful surgeon. I have since injured my back, but to no avail can I get an appt. I have called that office 6Xs they take a message and say they will call back but they haven’t as yet. I would give Dr Colon a 5 but his office staff an “F”.

My husband had C5 and C6 disk replacement in August of 2020 with Dr. Colon. His surgery was a success and he no longer has pain or numbness. in his neck and arms. Dr. Colon is a great surgeon and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him!

I can't express how much joy Dr. Colon has brought back into my life. I have had 2 neck surgeries with Dr. Colon. First one in 11/2013 and second in March 2019. He has the best bedside manner even taking bandages off at 4am.. =) I know that my care was first with him. As He does with all his patients. Dr. Colon and his staff knew how to keep me comfortable during the most difficult time in my life. I am thankful for Dr. Colon. I know I'll never be pain free or numb free, but I can still do some of the things that I love and enjoy.
