George Gamouras's Online Review Report Card

Please, do not choose this Doctor as one of your healthcare providers. He DID literally contribute to the death of my husband. He did not listen, until it was obviously too late! I mean REALLY DID NOT LISTEN, to the point of sending us out of his office with detrimental and dangerous health risks, saying to my husband, " Have a nice life. I will see you in a month!" Of course, my husband ended up in the ER before that! He lied to me and to other Dr.s, which hindered my husband's care. Dr. G is NOT knowledgeable in a variety of medical treatments and will not admit to it due to his arrogance. Therefore the patient suffers. He also tried to scam me out of $1000, after my husband passed. So I hope all you patients and family members out there are talking to your insurance companies before paying any of those bills, if you are receiving them. I hope someone out there on the Medical Board or someone who can do something about him, reads these reviews. He needs to STOP TREATING PATIENTS!!!

It is unfair for me to rate staff. only was at office once. This is based on hospital mostly. Dr. G. does not listen, is ARROGANT to the point of being detrimental to the patient, LIES, argues, is NOT knowledgeable and not only is he a health risk (I truly believe he contributed to my husband's passing), he will try to scam you out of money! So be ware on all counts!!!

I read the reviews and it makes me sad I’m trying so hard to help this office, I applied for a front desk part time job here I felt in my gut it would be a good fit with my experience, I had a phone interview and got offered $13.50 to $14 an hour that is an insult especially these days when everything is so ridiculous expensive. I started in cardiology in 1998 and have a impressive resume, maybe the doctor has been burned by other employees that they don’t trust or realize when god is sending good help, I was seeking a long term work relationship but I can’t get Lucy past $14 an hour hopefully they’ll reconsider the offer and do the right thing before it’s too late. So unprofessional I saw Dr. G years ago so I scheduled an appointment to review a recent echocardiogram. I show up for my appointment and the door is locked, there is nobody inside and when you call you still get the message how busy they are so nobody picked up the phone. I was looking through the glass door and saw no movement while the phone was ringing. One of the woman on that floor at one of the other check in windows saw me standing there and said this happens a lot. I did get a return call 20/30 minutes later asking if I wanted to come back, I was already 3/4 of the way back to work! Never again, I'll go see who my primary referred me to now. I don't know how you can run any business like this.

I am very sorry I try to make a appointment with Dr Gamouras and the office they refuse to take me I am very disappointed I hope he knows what he is dealing with they fix it want to take me because I didn’t have a spacific problem it’s ashamed

I believe he really cares about my health, meds, and well being.

A true caring provider.

My husband and I both see Dr. Gamouras. He takes his time with you, explains everything. Has a great sense of humor, which makes the visits more relaxing. We think he is one of the best Heart Doctors in Naples!!!

Excellent doctor

Dr Gamouras has taken excellent care of a close family friend for many years. He is treating him like a brother and fighting for treatments other Doctors are unwilling to try. We are forever grateful for his care and dedication to my theo <3
