Dr Yiachos has been our cardiologist for many years. He is excellent in every way, but this review is for one specific visit that changed our lives. At a routine checkup, Dr Yiachos noticed that our glucose levels were in the pre-diabetic range. He emphasized how important it was to start making life style changes, or we would be heading for full blown diabetes. Our previous internist saw the same numbers, but told us not to worry. Thanks to Dr. Yiachos, we saw a nutritionist, changed our diet, increased exercise, cut out sugars and lost weight to bring our numbers down to acceptable levels. Without his intervention on that visit, who knows where we would be today!!

Dr. Yiachos is very thorough. He spends time and talks with his patients. He explained things to me and ordered the necessary tests. When he went over my results he gave me details and answered all my questions. He does not rush his patients. I will only go to Dr. Yiachos. Not easy to find a doctor that cares and takes the time to treat his patients with respect and kindness. He helped me by giving me the correct treatment. I highly recommend this cardiologist.
